Excellent good quality does what I need

Roller foam density is on the harder side.
1.) Foam roller I have three foam rollers. a.) I have a standard lightweight foam roller which I don't use because I think it's too soft. b.) I have the actual Triggerpoint branded roller. I like the density of the foam a lot. It's harder than the cheaper foam material, but still has some give. c.) The Subculture Pick roller - I just got it yesterday. This is by far the hardest roller. I rolled out my leg muscles and it definitely is harder than the other two rollers I have. I was ok with it, but my wife definitely prefers the softer rollers with more give. My wife also noticed that when I was rolling yesterday, the roller was compacting in the middle. This is a hollow core roller. By contrast, when I was roll on the Triggerpoint roller, which also has a hallow core, the roller does not compact. 2.) Massage Roller Stick I've seen others complain that the roller stick is too hard. While it is hard, my wife and I both thought the stick was useful. We didn't have issues with it. This is really good value.

These work great! The only thing we don’t use is the band. Not for any reason other than we just don’t need it. Very Good quality! Everything fits in the bag which is great for taking it along with you or for storing.

Not my favorite
Honestly, the regular, solid foam roller is better imo. This one kind of hurts and is uncomfortable. I feel like I don't get a good roll in with it because of that. I usually stretch on it was well, but I cant hold it long on this particular one. I'll stick to using one at the gym. However, the additional pieces that come with it are nice, if those are needed as well. The ball is firm. The roller is hard plastic, but moderately okay. The band is okay for stretching.
