This ice machine is incredible. We’ve been using it almost non-stop for a week so far and it hasn’t missed a beat. I’ve been collecting the ice and putting it in the freezer. Since the ice is fairly wet straight out of the machine when I put it in the freezer I shake the bag every few minutes for the first 15 minutes or so to keep it from sticking together. Straight out of the machine it is easy to crunch on kind of like Sonic ice. UPDATE: Have been using the ice maker daily since purchasing. Still works amazingly. You do need to check it frequently to make sure there’s room for the new ice to fall or it automatically stops and says it’s full. After it “breaks in” it does get a little louder as expected. Love this little ice machine.

The icemaker was doing a good job for a couple of months and then it just stopped making ice. It had the "add water" indicator even though it had plenty of water. I went through the troubleshooting suggestions and it would sound like it turned on but it would just spit out water and no ice. $184 of total garbage. Stay away from this brand.

The machine itself is fast and efficient for making that perfect nugget ice chip but the noise it makes is almost not worth it. High pitch motor could easily be over stimulating to someone with noise sensitivity or sensory issues. My husband is legally deaf and has to wear hearing aid and even he complains about the noise the machine makes. Put it in a room by itself and close the door, wait for the magic. Which happens fast, within a few minutes it's dropping ice, so there's that pay out. Constant stream of ice coming down the chamber into the bin. Perfect for the on the go ice cruncher.

Initially we were very pleased with this ice maker. I like the slim design that fits nicely on my countertop and the ice chucks were exactly what we were hoping for. I would’ve preferred it to be a bit quieter, but it wasn’t terrible. Unfortunately, after only 3 months, it started making very loud clicking noises and stopped producing ice. After contacting the company, and sending in pictures and video, it was diagnosed as a faulty compressor. And, since we purchased it through Amazon and not Euhomy directly, they denied the one year warranty. My fault for not realizing it wasn’t purchased directly from the manufacturer, but I’m disappointed that the company diagnosed the problem as a faulty compressor (their exact diagnosis) and still won’t cover a replacement. I will search for a higher quality machine and a company who values their customers and stands behind their product.

Very easy to use. I’ve is perfect size for munching on. Will hold ice for awhile. One quart of water makes enough ice for 2 days. Just pour the water in the tank and press start 10 minutes later your ice Ben is full.

I loved this ice maker for a few months. Only used distilled water, cleaned it regularly. And it broke twice within 9 months. First time it legit sounded like an engine backfiring while we were sleeping. I've contacted support and I'm guessing it's all in China because I've gotten zero response. Don't waste your money.
