Do read the instructions, but easy to use and has become my go to tool for measuring everything, great tool to have, you can measure your windows, room width, height, measure picture frames, it's great

Given many of the laser measures on the market are far more expensive I was somewhat dubious about the quality this would be. I needn't have been worried, it appears to be good quality and certainly does the job. I only needed some measurements of my loft for insulating, so 100% accuracy wasn't an issue (although I'm sure the device is accurate), but given the distance was over 48ft. (with a wall in the middle) and I only had a 16ft tape measure it would have been a pain to try to measure manually. With the laser, it took all of a few seconds (and is probably more accurate than I would have been). As a device I will only use a few times, the £18 price tag isn't too bad, I'm sure any professional DIYer's or contractors may well prefer a much more expensive brand name and will probably get some additional functionality that this cheaper unit does not have, but it did what I needed it to and did it quickly and without any fuss. Good enough for me. :)

Works okay inside but useless outside even in overcast daylight

I've wanted one of these bad boys for ages and in a moment of weakness (or absolute clarity), ordered one for me as a present from my wife. She was surprised when I opened it on xmas morning and I said (in front of the kids) what a great Mam she was, earning her brownie points into the bargain. I've since used it to accurately measure the new extension we've been having built and anything else I can find that needs measuring. It's excellent and so easy to use.

Ich habe mir dieses Gerät einfach mal zum ausprobieren gegönnt und bin absolut begeistert von den Messwerten zu einem wirklich super tollen Preis Leistungs Verhältnis. So genau kann man nicht mit einem Zollstock oder Maßband messen, geschweige denn, ohne einen Partner, der die andere Seite, mehr oder minder, genau hält oder abliest. Hinhalten, messen und ablesen :-) Einfach ein Gadget, was jeder mal brauchen wird. Herzlichen Dank für diese feine Tool
