Great silicone bags!
After using it for a couple months, here are my findings: Sturdy bags that can hold and keep many different types of food; they save space on the fridge; they have a very tight seal (they keep liquids provided you’re sensible and don’t squeeze them too hard, they do take some level of pressure without opening no problem); They go on the freezer and they do fit a lot depending on what you’re using them for. They have always been leakproof for what I use them - I never traveled with a bag full of soup in my backpack tho, so I don’t know your standards/ideas on leakproof. Fruits, cookies and sandwiches/bagels are fine to travel tho. Also for seasoning/marinating stuff overnight in the fridge they work great. The opening is finicky but that’s what makes the seal really good, so you have to pick your battles, and I never had any problems on transporting sandwiches - if it’s cut in half and arranged nicely. To take the contents out just press the corners into each other and the opening should suffice. They are tight. If they’re not tight, they won’t be leakproof. Get a bigger model if you want more space, you can’t have it all. They’re ok to clean, but drying silicone bags out is a bit of a pain in general, you have to stack them upside down on a glass or something and forget them there for a good few hours. Not a deal breaker but could be improved. Maybe selling then with a thin stand/dish rack add-on to dry them? I don’t know. I don’t use my Stasher for cooking/boiling/microwaving so I can’t comment on that. I bought cheaper ones to compare and I like them as well, but the Stasher does work and feel a bit better, specially on closing and opening, maybe the silicone quality is what does it, you do feel the slightly difference in touch/feel of the material. The seal seems pretty much the same and they’re equally useful to me. They’re dishwasher safe but I ended up always washing by hand for some reason so I also can’t comment on that. If you don’t want them for cooking/boiling, consider buying cheaper brands, they perform very similarly and are WAY cheaper - I got this one for £11 and the cheaper ones were a set of 3 for £15. I gotta say tho I really like the Stasher bag and although they’re are a bit overpriced, if they last as they seem to do, it’s well worth the investment. As it is, I would recommend/ buy more of them, great experience overall.

Difficult to clean but sturdy, good quality.
So far so good. Bit difficult to dry after cleaning as it doesnt open far on its own but you could dry it hanging it off something. Expensive but hoping it will last a long time. Arrived in a plastic bag...some irony given that the whole idea is it is plastic free.

Love these. Saves me using single use ziplock bags ...
Love these. Saves me using single use ziplock bags for fridge or freezer. They seal easily and well, go in the dishwasher. I tried a couple of different washable, reusable bags before I settled on this and bought more.

good small ziplock, but too small for practical sousvide plastic savings.
bought this for sous-vide steaks with my anova to cut down on zip-lock use. But it's just too small. the dimensions are the external ones. you lose a couple of centimetres in each direction due to the thick seams. Wife's now using it as a regular ziplock replacement for lunch items and is happy with it. the seal is incredible, if anything, too difficult to get open!

Not what I hoped for
I have to say, I'm super bumed by this product. On the paper it looks awesome, and it mostly is. It looks good, it seals fast. But I bought it as a replacement for sandwich bags and the bread won't fit in the opening! The bag itself is big enough for the sandwich, but it doesn't open all across so I can't fit my sandwiches through without cutting or damaging them :\ It sounds like a silly thing, but since this was my sole purpose of buying the product I find it quite annoying. I guess I'll use it for other stuff.

Versatile and sturdy
I have used this bag for storage, travel and sous-vide so far. It’s very sturdy and worked wonderfully for packing shampoo for a flight. I can store most vegetables in it (a bunch of carrots fits in there perfectly). Although I used it for sous-vide and would do so again in a pinch it was too thick to be a perfect solution to plastic-free cooking. It’s impossible to get much air out and the thickness of the silicon means it takes a bit longer to heat the contents, but it’s still a nice way to avoid plastic while cooking the perfect steak. It was easy to wash and dries quickly. If these are on sale they are a great bargain.

product don’t have brand name
A branded product doesn’t have brand name “Stasher” on it. However the photo in the slides all have it. Also the packing is very low not like a branded item should be. That seems like the quality of the one I got didn’t get approved... so I decide to return it.

Bucato :(
Appena arrivato, l'ho testato mettendoci dentro un po' di acqua e capovolgendolo mi sono accorta della perdita perché c'è un buchino all'esterno. Sono delusa perché con quello che costa non è accettabile. Lo rendo.
