ok so we got this to replace our current setup and it works well and as described. Now for the pros and cons . The first pro is that it seems to be made well and holds temp and humidity well except once which I will talk about in a minute . The second pro is that it has an insulated exterior case that is a huge help when in cold climates. Third… The egg turner works well if you make sure you get the dowel lined up properly when closing it . Fourth pro is I like the ability to customize the tray size to accommodate other egg species large or small. Ok so the cons are a short list first I had the heater stop heating on day 17 and my internal temperature dropped to 81 before I noticed this and I couldn’t get it to reengage until I unplugged it and plugged it back in to attempt a fix by restarting it which did the trick. The second would be it does not have a light on the inside to see the eggs without opening it which rapidly lowers temp and humidity as it is pulling the entire top off to check eggs. But all that said and done I believe it to be a great unit especially for the price. And it would be perfect if the heat had not cut out on me that one time and let my eggs and chicks get cold. I would buy again however as I said a pretty solid unit for the price.

Just used the incubator for the first time. My daughter successfully hatched 12 chickens. It was an easy set up, loved the counting ability for the days so it was easy to track. You can candle them right on top with the light that is built in. It worked as explained, rotated the eggs and you just followed the days. Temperature was easy to use. It alerted us when the temperature started to drop. It was quiet to run, good size for a family to use. We will definitely be hatching more!

It worked fine for the first hatching but quit on the second hatching. This item is not returnable per Amazon. I am disappointed in Amazon and their policy on this.

This incubator is very easy to set up and use. The digital display helps keep the temperature and humidity under control, which makes the process much simpler. It has a good capacity and the design allows you to clearly monitor the eggs during incubation. Overall, it’s a reliable machine and a great option for anyone starting with egg hatching.

Size is great, I’ve been having an issue with the water bottle and the tube.. I don’t like the tube idea rather if the water bottle was directly on the incubator. The tube cause too many air bubbles and the humidity fluctuates way too much! I had to put a sponge inside to make sure too much water wasn’t going in for the humidity to be way too high. We are on day 14 for these set of eggs. I have 20 duck eggs that fit nicely. I do love you can adjust to egg size for different breads. I’m sure cleaning will be pretty easy with the grated floor that is removable

This incubator worked GREAT my first two hatches! By the third round, the motor that turns the eggs went out. I messaged the manufacturer, but got no response. The rest worked good - so I just manually rotated my eggs. I got two or three manual hatches in, and now the heating element is out. Overall, could have been a great product but don’t expect it to last.

First time using an incubator and this is super easy to navigate, love all the features and we have ducklings due December 25th! The candling feature has made the process 10 times coooler. Update: we had 100% hatch rate on our very first hatching of 12 ducks and 1 chicken. The chicken hatched first and it was easy to remove it ND maintain conditions for the ducklings before they hatched. The humidity and temperature stayed as We set them and were easy to adjust. This product is awesome. I was able to incubate 31 eggs. The easily understandable instructions make setup simple and quick. The ability to set the incubator to your preferred temperature and humidity is helpful, as well as the candling light. It will alarm if your temperature or humidity go out of your setting parameters. The lid has the rotating arm that when closed, needs to align with the basket in order to work as intended. External water bottle is convenient for watching levels. Beats every incubator I have ever owned. Great investment.
