Good natural cocoa powder
It's s medium fat natural cocoa powder. That means it's good for health. The dutch processed cocoa powder has less nutrients than natural cocoa powder. Natural cocoa powder is in rich flavour. Dutch processed cocoa powder is for dark brown color that is visual appeal and very bitter in flavour. Natural cocoa powder is light in color. And it has little bit of sweet taste with less bitterness.

Good Product but got Damaged package!
Ordered 5 boxes and 4 of them were fully damaged with most of the content spilled out of the Hershey box. Besides the outer box wasn't air tight either and kept spilling cocoa powder all around and my home was covered with cocoa & smelled like chocolate..But amazon customer care came to my rescue and issued me a refund..Coming to the quality of this, the smell & taste is out of this world... Too good 🫰.One of the best cocoa powder I've tasted..Mixability is also good, it forms thick liquid with smaller lumps that remains until you vigorously whip the cocoa then it almost disappears.
