It did cone only 7•5 cm That made me upset and the other one is that the layer squeezes in a very short period of time And we reach to our normal height soon However it is quite fine and comfortable

I will give it negative - 100 worst product i have purchased................Its like you are stepping into a wooden piece so hard and even it hurt our leg.. Also it will damage your shoe within 3 days of use...... And there is no refundable to this worst product...... 100% waste of money

Its good product does the job but you also have to buy big size shoes like for example if your size is 7 then buy 8 or 9 size shoes or else your shoes will get damages

First of all, This is not made for all types of shoes. Keep that in mind. This works or have a slightest success when wearing high ankle boots without making your feet hurt like hell. Don't even try to wear these with normal shoes because even walking will seem like a ramp walk to you and you could probably fall too. So not a good trade off just to add few inches to your height. So proceed with caution, although it does what it says, you'll get those extra cms but make sure you don't sustain a long-term injury by forcing yourself to wear these everyday.

Things to keep in mind 1.Two layers will be comfortable to wear 2.First buy these then choose shoes of size which can fit all layers in a way so it doesnt feel uncomfortable. 3.You have to search local market for shoes to fit these insoles. 4.It will compress after span of 10-15 days of regular use.But still two layers will be comfortable and perfect for increasing height so that its noticeable 5.One more con is that if worn too long,you'll notice a slight pain in your back 6.Keeping all these points in mind my final opinion is that this thing is just perfect for increasing height.
