Is this sweet orange oil 100% pure, or is it already diluted with a carrier oil?

It is 100% pure and undiluted. Nothing is added after the peel is cold-pressed- no carrier oil, no mineral oil, no alcohol, no synthetic scent. It is strong enough that a few drops do the work of a capful of a diluted oil.

What does it actually smell like? Is it sweet like orange squash or sharp like peel?

Like fresh peel rather than juice. Sweet and warm with a faint sharpness underneath, the note you get scraping zest off an orange. It is one of the easiest oils to live with, which is why it suits shared rooms.
