This is a very good product and will help maintain grip, shoulder, arm and back strength. Easy to use and adjust. I was surprised to see that each band stated 75 lbs. But when I measured the actual resistance the bands are approximately 25 lbs each. Thank goodness someone knew what they were doing. 70 YO Male 6'2" 185 lbs. Started with 3 bands down to 1 after only 3 weeks. I will always use assistance warming up but planning for 15 pullups without assistance for family get together this fall!

Great pull up assist band and bar! Purchased as a gift for my daughter, who wanted to achieve doing pull ups on her own, in her own home. After five months of steady training, and adjusting the assist bands as needed, she went from doing 0 pull ups to now doing 5 unassisted pull ups! This pull up resistance band and pull up bar has helped her reach one of her workout her goals

This product is great but using a doorway pull up bar I would prefer different lb levels in bands and having straps on each side of the door instead of down the center. With that being said I returned this item. I served 11 years in the US Army and have a home gym. I have always tried to stay in shape, especially as I am getting older. A recent surgery has created the need for assist bands in order to slowly get me back into pull ups a part of my training routine. Hopefully I will find the perfect one for me. The product quality looked great and easy install but since I didnt use it I can’t comment except, it apperars to be well made.

This product has been INDISPENSABLE! I purchased this after my 2nd hand-reconstruction surgery...and the idea/setup has worked better than imagined! - I place one knee in the basket and use a couple of bands for pull-ups (weight hooks for hand grip) and one band for dips (wrist straps for support). I also found I can attach the basket to hanging straps with a large 5" carabiner (without the bands) and use for ab work: I place my elbows inside the basket and I'm able to (very comfortably) do knee raises (upper abs) and leg raises (lower abs). I'm 205lb and the basket has held up surprisingly well. The quality of the entire product is very good and is such a great deal for the price. I've been getting stronger every workout and I am so grateful I gave this product a chance! - The only thing I would change/ask for is maybe 1-2 50lb bands (instead of all four being 75lb) but honestly I started with all four and now I'm down to 1-2. I have my third surgery coming up soon...and I'm glad I have products like this to help me get back on track, post recovery. Thank you so much!

Useless unless you weigh 300lbs and have ZERO upper body strength - if you weight 150 and have normal to above average upper body strength you can only use one 75lb band and for me that was way too much. Need more bands of lower resistances to make this flexible enough that you can use it progressively enough to increase your reps. If you can already do 5-10 pullups / chinups on your own this is useless. RETURNED IT.

Perfect addition to my gym. Clients love this option over using resistance bands. They feel safer and more confident doing pull ups. The 75 lb incriminates is perfect for each person's ability level. Made well and is very durable. Would recommend this product.

Recieved 3 bands instead of 4

My first day using it, so far I love it.

En primera no me llegó con ganchos para las bandas. Y después de usar unos mosquetones para usar el producto correctamente, este no me asistió mucho para hacer pull ups(usando las 4 bandas). Después me compré una banda de resistencia para pull ups(más barata) y está si me funcionó bien. No vale la pena comprar esto y menos por el precio.
