Works as expected. The grip area is comfortable and grippy. Ring does not swivel. The part that is stainless is the ring, rest is not stainless.

Well made so much better for tricep your able to rotate the wrist down tobl hit the forearm and really hit the head on the triceps.

Excellent grip. Ridges w soft rubber. No gloves needed. Very solid

So much better than just holding the cable by itself what a game changer. Love the grip.

Overall, good quality and well made. My only issue is that you have to pay attention to hex nut coming loose from normal use. If you don't and the handle comes loose when you are using it and you have the tension of weight on it, it could prove to be disastrous. I put blue lok-tite on mine to prevent this from happening.

Works great for single triceps or hammer curls on a pulley system. Came in a pair at a great deal. Rubber was ribbed for better gripping and the carabiner clips were good quality metal.

I bought these after a I bought a pair of ergonomic handles that were molded for the ,eft hand and right hand. Wasn't a fan of the "handed" handles because they really weren't that ergonomic. I end up using these all the time.
