Bought this book for my little cousin, who is in school and I wanted to read this book about what is exactly Vedic mathematics. * I know many students who prepare for the Competetive exams read these books to improve their calculation time all over the world, many formulas came from this book *if you want to know about how intelligent our ancestors were who derived these formulas even hundreds of years ago. *All the major topics are included in this book starting from basic calculations like addition, multiplication, then square root, cube root to complex equations and calculus. A must-read for those who are really interested in mathematics * A must-buy for any school going student because he will find another perspective for solving problems, he will understand that there can be multiple ways to solve 1 mathematics problem. *The book has complete ways and steps to solve a question and along with it, its Vedic sutras are given. * Can't say these sutras are taken from Vedas but definitely, these sutras are given by our ancient Vedic mathematicians who used to use these sutras for solving complex questions and equations. * I would personally wish that this book should be taught in every school across India, even I knew this book when I was in my school, how fun it would solve difficult questions in few seconds. * About the difficulty of the book I would say definitely it would be better if a teacher will guide this book to a small student, bucz he may find it difficult to self study this boo. , I would say after 10th class anyon can understand if he gives enough time to understand the basics steps and then practice the questions given in the book as an exercise. The book Vedic Mathematics is not as easy solution giving as is publicised, in comparison to traditional mathematics. So it is very illusionary and difficult to suggest to learners and students to adopt vedic way of solving difficult mathematical problems through this book.
