Sponge is too soft — concern about quality
“I received this product recently, but the sponge is very soft. The sponge I had seen in the market was much harder. I am concerned that this product may be a duplicate or a lower-quality version. Please clarify whether the current Gala sponge mop is supposed to have a soft sponge.”

Product quality issue
It's a very good product. Sine last 10 years I am using the product. Earlier the product lasts atleast for a year. But now the product quality is poor. Last time this jan I bought one. And now it's almost lifeless. So I request the product owners to consider value and quality of the product while they only consider the profit.
