This is a top-notch item - elegantly designed with tough and scratch-resistant glass top. I use it everyday to boil milk, water and with moderate general purpose cooking. Heats quickly (and cools off quickly too). Easy cleaning. Light weight and easily portable. Just make sure that you use flat-bottom utensils that are compatible with induction stoves. Multiple power settings make it easier to multi-task. The milk will boil and spill within minutes on high power settings if not watched over.

This is a good quality product overall. I bought one in 2021 and another in 2026 . If you use the correct utensils and avoid running it continuously at maximum wattage, it performs very well. Keep the vents clean and make sure liquids don’t spill into the unit. With proper care and regular maintenance, it should last a long time without any problems. Another positive point is that spare parts are reasonably priced, which makes maintenance easier if anything needs replacement later. Overall, it’s a reliable product — you can go for it with confidence.

I have been using this induction since 5years ..very good product.only two minor issues..the printed numbers on the glass for touch fade away totally with time .they should be somehow written beneath the glass And the white plastic on the top side cracks..may be if you put a bit heavy vessel on it.Rest it's Too gud...I'm totally happy with the performance.thanks amazon n Phillips.

I received the product in damaged condition, and it had broken parts. Because of this, I was unable to properly use the item. This raises concerns about the product’s durability and overall quality. I had to return it through customer care. Product is very fragile.

Best kitchen purchase this year! The Philips HD4938/01 is super fast, looks very modern with the touch controls, and is much safer than gas. If you're looking for a high-quality induction, this 2100W model is the way to go.
