Yealink WH64 Dual DECT Bluetooth Wireless Headset for Phone PC Mobile Teams

Does not work on any of THREE different Dell laptops. Two headset replacements. Yealink support requires you to do a bunch of homework with their non-functional software to assist you. Nice headset otherwise, but a complete waste of money for my purpose. I will never choose Yealink again.

This is a fantastic single ear headset! I've had a Jabra for >5yrs, and replaced it with a new Jabra Evolve2 55. The range of the Jabra 55 was about 15 feet, then audio would cut out. I have sent the Jabra 55 back to Amazon, and replaced it with the Yealink WH64. Super easy to set up, no issues at all. My first time using it, I walked into the farthest corner of my backyard, ~100ft, then around the side of house and down the street past 4 houses, and never had a single loss of audio. The ear piece is extremely comforatable, boom mic is excellent with swing up mute. I called a co-worked today on it and he commented how crisp and clear my voice sounded. I had a long converstation with him and went for a walk across street and 4 houses away, and again never lost any audio with confirmation that my spoken voice was not disturbed at all. My friend placed an order for the Yealink WH64 dual ear piece and I fully expect he'll love it. Nice job Yealink on the DECT system, audio clarity, comfort and exceptional range.

Great range but don’t lean forward. They will fall off EVERY TIME. Without exception. Best range I have ever had but rating as is as they fall off. Not a good fit at all.

I tried two other headsets - BlueParrot with Bluetooth and the Jabra Engage 45SE. I have a Cisco CP-8851 desk phone. The BlueParrot device was heavy and hot, and the audio would cut out in middle of every call. The Jabra (same manufacturer) had horrible sidetone (my own voice was rattling in my ear.) Neither of those interfaces with the Cisco phone and my computer. I am not a techie. 56 YO female with no time for nonsense. The Engage was challenging to plug into the charger and the Blue Parrot had to charge with a USB cord. This Yealink headset is FABULOUS! It is so comfortable, easy to use, and interfaces with my phone in ways the other two devices did not deliver at all. Incoming calls are easy to retrieve, long battery life. Excellent audio, no feedback. With the touch of a button I am using it with Teams calls and meetings. It is wonderful. I have not used it with Zoom yet, but expecting similar results. There are some wires to deal with, as it is USB plugged into both my computer and my phone. Shown in photos. But the freedom, comfort and usefulness I have gained are well worth a few wires. If you need a wireless headset and have a Cisco desk phone, save yourself some shopping and just get this one! Oh and by the way, this was about $73 less expensive than the Jabra Engage. Hands down, buy this one. If it was the same price, I would 100% buy this one!! Excuse messy desk. CPA with long hours right now...

I love this headset. I work from home and spend hours every day on the phone. This unit is lightweight on my head but quite strong in its connectivity. I can connect multiple apps at the same time and the battery life allows me to work while listening to books, music, take calls, and easily switch between. The one-ear speaker has a super soft pad and cover that has been easily wearable all day. The YeaLink app is simple to use and understand. It lets me rotate right-side/left-side as needed and the controls are intuitive. (Raise the boom to mute the mic/lower to speak. A simple button to quickly mute and unmute without moving the boom. Volume control is easy to find and manipulate. Etc ) The greatest benefit is the range. I mounted my base unit on a tripod and found that I can easily move from room to room with dropping calls or clarity. If it matters, I like it well enough I bought two.

This item has horrific sound quality. There is constant interference when using the headset. I am not sure how they can justify for the price for something with such horrible sound quality. Will be returning.

It will say it’s connected to my phone but no sound comes thru. Very complicated to connect with a dect style phone but can be done without the specific dongle, if you’re looking for a cheap solution, this is it, but beware, you get what you pay for. Stick to plantronics or polycom wireless headsets.

After running through multiple headsets this one has been solid. My partner works from home as a call centre rep and needs a reliable headset to take calls. We've gone through several cheap, and a few expensive wired models from the big name brands - these all stopped working thanks to either my cat who believes the rubberized coating is delicious or internal wire breakages causing the headset to disconnect when moving in certain ways. This headset resolves all these issues. We got the teams version which also registers as a default windows sound device so it works with my partner's work software. After setting up the dock the first impressive aspect is that it uses standard (replaceable) USB C and DC Barrel power adapters in case any curious cats want to go for it. After connecting the base we set it up on our personal computer, installing the configuration software and updating the firmware, we also made sure to connect the headset itself with USB C and updates it's firmware as well. The configuration is saved on device so no special software is needed on her work computer. The best thing about this headset is that it uses DECT and not Bluetooth for it's wireless connection which has been 100% rock solid. No disconnects, no connection issues, or degraded calls. Reliable enough for a call intensive job. We haven't tested the headset's additional Bluetooth connection but it's a nice fallback or additional option if we wanted to take a call on a standard cell phone. The battery lasts multiple days and charges fast so forgetting to dock it isn't an issue either. Docking is easy simply guide the headphone down into the dock, though I wish it used more of a cradle system with smooth contact points; this one gets the job done. I am extremely impressed with this headset and will likely pickup a second one for my own setup so I don't have to use my bulky gaming headset for the odd call. I wish the quality and finish of the headphones was a bit better but these are nice, light and don't feel like they'll fall apart and not enough to dock a star.
