If headlights having fog from inside then what to do will this product will work

This works on external application only. Most modern cars have sealed headlight assemblies - therefore in my view, if there is fogging inside, it probably indicates a crack or some form of leakage - it is probably best to replace the assembly. Hope this helps.

can it be used for cleaning car windshield as well ?
