I add a drop or 2 to water. There is no taste or odor. It can also be used for pets.I researched the benefits for pet use ( especially for my senior dog) and it also will benefit them. I take a few drops nightly and will titre up as suggested.

Mejoró mi concentración y energía. OJO: No hay que tomarlo junto con antioxidantes ni antiantidepresivos. Y tomar MENOS de la dosis recomendada. Es decir, para alguien que pesa 100 kilos que tome 25 a 40 gotas diarias es más que suficiente.
