L.A. COLORS Matte Lip Color, Going Steady CML512

This is such a pretty shade of pink. It is a matte lipstick that is easy to use and stays where you put it. It doesn’t dry out my lips or smudge outside of the lip lines. It lasts as long as you don’t eat, but that’s like most bullet lipsticks. I hope I can find more shade for this unbelievable price!

L.A. Colors offers a lot of different colors and textures of lipstick. Super excellent price and highly pigmented. Application is very smooth and it doesn't dry out my lips. Reapplication is a breeze. It lasts a few hours as long as I don't eat anything greasy. The price point is perfect. L.A. Colors is an awesome cosmetics company.

Makes lips soft Nice colors

This lipstick says ,matte. IT'S NOT. Its honestly disappointing, because it is a beautiful color and I bet it would be even better in matte. The price honestly isn't bad at all ,I just don't agree with it being called "matte lipstick " L.A. COLORS have always had great dark colors for lipsticks. Super bummed out this one wasn't what it said it was . If you like shiny lipstick, then it'll be the perfect fit for you. As far as the consistency of it it felt greasy. Moisturizing? I am not sure ,it's supposed to be a matte lipstick. It wiped off immediately as soon as I wiped it off . It does not seem like it will stay on that long . I rated it 3 stars do to its beautiful color, aside from that. If you're looking for a matte lipstick, this one is not it. Positive note : IT SMELLS AMAZING THOUGH!

A good matte formula, not as nice as the same brands shade “Beloved” that I can’t find anywhere anymore.

very good color and stays on more then 3 hours

So I ordered brown sugar and according to the virtual video where I tried this on, this was a bit darker like brown as I was expecting. Now don’t get me wrong sometimes the virtual video try on feature is not reliable, but brown lip stick should definitely be brown, this was not. And furthermore this is not matte this is a bit creamy, so this is false advertisement I’m about to see if I can get my little 2$ back that’s mine Update so I ordered the berry ice and it’s a nice color still of course not matte just regular creamy lipstick. So I took a pic of berry ice by itself and then berry ice blended with the brown sugar so the last pic is the berry ice

The color is well represented. But these are terrible and not at all like the original LA Colors Matte #1- it is not matte #2- it slides off the lips very easily #3- messy because whatever it slides onto (coffee cup lids, my teeth, anything that touches my lips) it doesn't stop there. It transfers multiple times from item to item

Received a damaged piece

Fuchsia is a bright colour and can be off putting, but ladies of colour, just line your lips with a brown or dark plum-purple liner. Apply and smudge out (press lips together) and it looks awesome on brown skin. Absolutely made for women of colour. You don't have to apply too much as the pigment is rich (for work) a little will give you a pleasing pink. But after work, layer it on and the result is a bright beautiful pink to go for dinner or brunch with your girlies! Well worth it and very affordable too. Texture is wonderful, you don't need a gloss with it (except for extra moisture). You can't go wrong with this brand, been using it for years.

Too creamy ..... Looks Washedout

I love it it says for a full day and it is very bright and creamy i like the smell of this lipstick Although i bought it randomly
