Probably some of the best monster bands I’ve ordered especially for its price. I use them for many purposes: warm up before lifting or sports, mobility exercises, and rehab movements for my patients. I’ve recommended this set to several of my patients and they’ve had no complaints. I also really like the door anchor it comes with, although I think the clip could be bigger. Overall, these are some great bands!

Really good so far. I am just starting using these ones. They have the perfect length to make plenty of exercises that are all over social media Yellow is too light and the black one is too heavy (trying to be able to move it is the first training goal haha(

Good quality for the price, however the lettering wears off quickly so try to remember the lbs by color band. But it works well for what I use it for working out!

These are perfect for beginners and intermediate gym lovers. I recently hurt my shoulder my chiro recommended to stretch with these before working out. Love them.

Every morning, I stretch for at least 30 minutes. These bands are excellent for shoulders, legs & hips. If you use them every day, they will eventually stretch and snap. Don't take that negativity for each will last for months and merely need a replacement. A must have if you know the value of stretching, exercise, fitness, etc.

These are fantastic and a great value for the money! Have used them for many upper body exercises and will definitely continue to. I tend to use the middle two resistances the most, but the heaviest and lightest might be useful for someone just getting started or pretty advanced. Great for the value.
