C220 solid little camera at a good price.
Really solid indoor cam overall. Video is super clear and the pan/tilt is smooth and actually useful for covering the whole room. Night vision looks great too. It does need a HomeBase 3 to fully work with local storage and the rest of the Eufy system, which some people might not like, but honestly, it’s kind of a bonus because it keeps everything in one place and avoids monthly fees, or you can pay for cloud storage but why would you with HB3. Setup was easy for me, but I’ve seen others say they had to update firmware or dig around in the app to get the HomeBase option to show up. Not a dealbreaker, just something to know. Motion tracking is cool, but sometimes it lags a bit or sends alerts for stuff that’s not really important. Also, it only detects people—not pets or baby crying—so keep that in mind if that matters to you. Overall though, for the price, it does a lot and works well once it’s all hooked up. Would recommend if you're already in the Eufy ecosystem or planning to be.

Great Indoor Cam with No Subscription Fees
The eufy Indoor Cam C220 delivers clear 2K video and 360° coverage, making it easy to monitor any room. Setup was simple, and it works reliably on my 2.4GHz Wi-Fi. The best part is no subscription fees. you get full features without ongoing costs. Night vision and motion detection work well.

Cheap, Good, Local
Dont wait until you're the victim of a break-in. Keep your peace of mind. These cameras continue to meet my expectations. Good fair pricing, easy to install, easy to set up. Again, only issue is the continued sub-splitting of WiFi signal with each new camera.

Do not buy this product
This camera, for the money, is quite a good deal as far as picture quality and capability. I was shocked that for the cost of $25-35 you could have a PTZ camera with 2k resolution. And since we already have Eufy, adopting another camera into our ecosystem was super easy. If you've never done so, it's as simple as using the app with a few clicks and the devices camera to join a network. It has no integrated storage, so a separate SD card is required, but thankfully they're relatively inexpensive. As far as video quality, it looks quite good (again, at this price point), and sound is alright at best. I wouldn't call it great but it's a security device and sound isn't of utmost importance. Now the reason I rated it so low was because of how bad of a device this has been since I purchased it late December of '24. It started out working fine and being responsive, but quickly the experience became degraded. The cameras PTZ was very laggy, sometimes taking 5-10 seconds to respond, and attempts to change most settings failed. The reason this is so infuriating is because the sensitivity, when set at medium, is way too high and it goes off when the wind blows. 1-2 is enough, but the camera refused to change. The only option I could seemingly affect was the default/hotspot locations to point the camera and AI tracking, and even then it got worse over time with responsiveness. Then the camera started not responding or allowing viewing at all. Eventually it died and I had to RMA it. Eufy customer service walked me through the required info needed and quickly sent out a new one, so shout out to them. Then the second camera did the same thing in regards to responding to commands, and in fact is worse off than the first camera. The only setting I can seem to change is (temporarily) turning off the notifications, and the camera seems way more sensitive on the same setting as the previous one. In fact, I pointed it at a blank wall and it still goes off. In short; Eufy's customer service is top notch, and their ecosystem is nice in comparison to other brands I've tried. Their other cameras seem to be just fine but be it a software bug or fundamental issue with this camera, I can't advise anyone buy it. In doing a search online for any fixes, it seems I'm not alone. Maybe it's because it's a cheaper item, but that doesn't make it acceptable.

Inexpensive security camera
Works well, but does not seem to support continuous recording. I'm using it with a home base 3. On recording playback, if the camera moves while tracking motion, you can hear the motor and it's not exactly quiet. I've got outdoor eufy cameras that move and track motion and they make less noise while doing it. Granted they are 4 times the price though. For $30, its hard to go wrong with this as a cheap potentially disposable surveillance camera. I bought it to see the cats and other creatures that frequent my patio and yard. I wanted something that is always on to avoid the wake up delay of my solar powered cameras since they sometimes miss things entirely due to the delay. I have this unit mounted to the ceiling in my covered patio. I purchased a tiny cruise ship 3 outlet extension cord that has usb ports and is water resistant. This allowed me to still power my patio lights and this camera without tieing up another outlet. It is fully sheltered from sun, rain, snow, etc. These inexpensive cameras are not designed for outdoor use so use at your own risk. If it lasts a year, I'll be thrilled. My only real complaint, is the same for all eufy 2k cameras. They are not very clear, it would be hard to see clear faces on any of the videos from any of my 2k cameras. I suspect the encoding is of low quality, so while the AI face detection does work and matches my added family members to their appearances on video, it'd rather blocky when you try and zoom in. Even after downloading the video.

Wow is all I can say
Love this camera. Got the 1st one the a second and now the flood light one. I have an alarm system with a big name on line company whose cameras are TERRIBLE so I wanted back ups and I wished I would have used all Eufy cameras. Clarity, easy hook up and cloud back up, what’s not to love! The quality and function is great and the ability to pick up motion and ignore my pets is great. Buy this camera!

Setup was very easy and it worked immediately without any problems. Fantastic product and no ongoing subscription fees which is why I chose this model. It streams video and sound when the camera is synced to home wifi, and you can watch it through the app on your phone no matter where you are. I got this specifically to check in on my pets when away and it's working great. 5 stars!

This camera works, it record decent quality videos and sending notifications if movement detected. There are a lot of setting and privacy more which turns camera away, AI tracking works, it's a good camera overall. But to me it has a little but very annoying shortcoming which make this camera hard to use. Initially I gathered a lot of information about this camera via Eufy web site and youtube reviews and selling point to me was that it has scheduler in the app which can manage camera modes, i.e. what time it's recording and notifies about movement and what time it is in privacy mode doing nothing. So my idea was that I'd set camera working when I'm away or sleeping and privacy mode when I'm at home. But it appeared that scheduler sounds alarm when it switches modes and sometimes this alarm is delayed for hour or two. Movement alarms works fine though, my experiments showed no more than 5 sec delay with alerts on movements. And scheduler alarm sound is the same as movement alarm, you can't change it. It's sort of Ok when you're at work but when scheduler alarm wakes you up - it's not good. Eufy support said that they might update it in next application/hardware upgrade and I hope they will. In the meantime I had to use a power outlet timer, so I just turn off/on camera power on schedule I need. It's not a very convenient thing, when camera powered off I can't do anything with it - i.e. quickly turn on from the app if I need it outside programmed time in power outlet timer or check past videos or change settings etc. So I made it sort of working but I'll hold buying another one unless Eufy fixes scheduler.

I have been a long-time user of Eufy Security with several Eufy cameras installed, but recent app updates have seriously affected reliability. Current issues include: • Automation scheduling cannot be configured because schedule times cannot be selected • The app has become noticeably slower to open and navigate • Live camera feeds and recorded videos take much longer to load • Cameras sometimes appear offline even with stable Wi-Fi • Notifications and event loading can be delayed • Solar cameras slowly lose battery charge even when there are little or no motion events Because the entire system relies on the app, these problems significantly affect usability. Support has confirmed that at least one of these issues is a known problem that may be addressed in a future update, but currently there is no workaround.
