Great substitute!
Bought this as I was looking for cake mix using organic wheat flour and 5is almond flour was interesting. It makes a rich, dense cake with lots of flavor! Did not give the option of using 9x13 pan, so I used 2 8 inch round pans. I should have used one pan, so it would be raised correctly the photo shows two layers stacked. Taste beats any box mix!

I love that this is all natural ingredients!
This cake mix is delicious, it's super moist but dense. I made a slight adjustment with the milk which could have contributed to it's density. I used organic icing; I crushed and roasted almonds then mixed the almonds with the cream cheese icing, poked holes in the cake then spread the warm icing on the cake. Let cool them enjoy!

True Chocolate Cake
It's difficult to find that real chocolate flavor and this one doesn't disappoint. Deep, dark coco goodness. The almond flour IA by far a better choice than rice flour - at least for baking. Texture is exactly like regular cake. However, I like to add 1/2 box of chocolate pudding to the mix. And don't forget to add the vanilla - that's what sets this mixture from the rest!

Delicious AND Gluten Free!
My daughter has had a lot of stomach issues recently so we've cut out all gluten, which made her sad at first because she has a massive sweet tooth! This product was super easy to bake to make it so she could stay involved with all celebrations and was DELICIOUS!!

Delicious but has sugar!
Delicious! I add a pkg of sugar free instant vanilla pudding which makes it so creamy! It makes up just like a normal cake.

Exceeded my expectations!
LOVE this product! I made cupcakes for my kids and included chocolate chips to make them a bit sweeter. The texture & taste exceeded my expectations for a healthy product! Definitely going to try the chocolate one too.
