Cat food is fine but basket arrived damaged
I received my order today and overall the main item was exactly as described โ good quality and well-packed. However, I was quite disappointed with the free basket that came along with the order. It arrived broken, with the handle snapped and one side cracked, making it completely unusable. I understand that free items may not always receive the same level of care during packaging, but even a complimentary gift should arrive in a presentable and functional condition. It felt like it was tossed in without any protective wrapping whatsoever.
