Is this the same formula as the organic healing balm? Is that just the old name or is this a different formula?

I really don’t know!!! I do know this is the most amazing healing balm I have ever used!!! I have been a nurse for 40+ years and I have used many medications over the years!!!! This balm is the best ever😁

Are there supposed to be white beads within the balm?

Yes, mine gets little white granules, they melt when they get on your skin.

Can I use this for my baby's face?

I used at my 1 month old baby and It saved her skin! The skin was so dry and harsh... 2 days after apply on her face only once a day and boom! A new skin!!! It is grossing but it worth!

Can this be used as a nipple balm?

I was told no, it’s not for internal consumption. I would recommend mama earth nipple butter or my Dr. recommended coconut oil too
