Looks there is some rusting on the equipment. The inside packaging of the arm came torn already. That means it had already been opened before.

Very study and adjustable
This arm is surprisingly much better than its predecessor and worth the upgrade. The grommet also fits my desk as the PSA1 grommet did not. It moves seamlessly and stays exactly in place. It can handle my mic which is more on the heavy side no problem. Comes with adapter thread and fits perfectly. It's clean and sleek and the white versions logo in tone on tone and does not scream RODE. I love RODE products but esthetically prefer the branding to be subtle. Highly recommend this mic arm.

Sturdy, easy installation, looks great
Sturdy, easy installation, looks great. Installed using the desk clamp with a Shure MV7+ USB microphone (using the RODE supplied connector). Easy to change positions and holds the new position well. Smoothly swivels in and out of range. Cable guides are useful and reduce clutter on the desk.

Super Boomarm (besser als Elgato High Profile für mich)
Ich habe mich für den RØDE PSA1+ in Weiß entschieden und bin sehr zufrieden. Der Arm ist stabil, aber nicht unnötig massiv, etwas schmaler als vergleichbare Modelle und insgesamt sehr hochwertig verarbeitet. Besonders positiv: der Gelenkkopf aus Metall – nichts verhakt sich, alles läuft sauber und präzise. Im Vergleich zum Elgato-Arm (high profile) deutlich besser in der Praxis. Beim Elgato hatte ich Adapterprobleme am Mikrofon-Gelenkarm, der Adapter ließ sich nach Verwendung mit dem Mikrofon kaum lösen, was extrem genervt hat. Genau dieses Schrauben- und Gefrickel gibt es beim PSA1+ nicht. Hier ist alles Qualität durch und durch. Einzig das Kabelmanagement war beim Elgato ein bisschen eleganter, dafür sieht das Rode PSA+ luftiger aus und mit weissen Kabeln sieht das dann auch alles top aus. Optisch gefällt mir die weiße Version besser, da der Schriftzug deutlich dezenter ist als beim schwarzen Modell. Fazit: Sehr stabil, durchdacht, zuverlässig. Ich will aufnehmen, nicht nachjustieren – genau das liefert er.
