Cotton or Plastic?
Item did not meet my expectations at all. It is advertised as cotton, but it is mostly some kind of plastic. I asked to return it the same day I received it. I was told I would be emailed a sticker to send it back with. I never got the email. I am still trying to chase it down before my return time runs out. Disappointing.

I am not even sure the material is cloth; but instead, plastic. If you are looking for a raincoat, you may like this product. Very dissapointed.
