I’ve been taking the Nature’s Bounty Apple Cider Vinegar 480mg Tablets for a couple of months now, and I’m pretty happy with the results so far. One of the biggest reasons I chose these over liquid apple cider vinegar is simply the convenience—I really don’t enjoy the strong taste of the liquid form, so these tablets are a lifesaver. I usually take two tablets with a meal, and I’ve noticed a slight improvement in my digestion. I used to feel bloated after certain meals, but since adding these into my routine, that discomfort has lessened. It’s not a dramatic change, but enough that I can tell a difference. I’ve also felt a bit lighter after eating, which is always a win. Another thing I love is that there’s no weird aftertaste like I’ve experienced with other supplements. The tablets are easy to swallow, and they don’t leave me with a lingering vinegar taste. It’s really the only way I’d be able to stick with something like this long-term! As for energy, I can’t say it’s been a major game-changer, but I’ve noticed I do have a bit more energy throughout the day, which I appreciate. It's not a huge boost, but it’s a nice, subtle increase. One thing to note is that I do feel like I need to take them consistently to get the best results. Skipping a few days here and there doesn’t seem to have the same effect. Overall, I’m happy with these tablets. I have GERD. Let me rephrase that, I have incredibly severe GERD that is so awful it keeps me from sleeping at night and prevents me from sometimes completing full sentences without needing to clear my throat during the day. It is really bad. I gave up eating and drinking all the things GERD people are supposed to give up. I don't eat spicy foods, sugar, gluten, tomatoes, or citrus. I don't drink alcohol or coffee. Essentially I just drink water and eat plain chicken. My life has become a GERD nightmare. I take so much reflux medication that my doctor was wondering if I was actually taking it because I was still having such severe issues. My throat is so red and inflamed from the GERD that I sometimes wonder if I am getting sick. Nope, just GERD. I had read about ACV curing GERD symptoms in people and I always thought it was a bunch of hooey. I really never thought much of it until one night I was sitting up in bed because I was no longer able to sleep laying down and I thought "really, what do I have to lose?". I decided that I did not really want to drink ACV, so I thought I would try the pills. The gummies just seemed like something a naturopath would give to their kid, so Nature's Bounty tablets won out. First, I learned that GERD is low stomach acid and ACV actually increases the amount of stomach acid. I had no idea. I started out by taking one tablet three times per day. The directions state to take two tablets but I started by taking one. I saw no difference so I started taking two tablets twice per day. I was at this point still taking my GERD medication. I talked to my doctor and they said I could stop my medications if I wanted. I continued with the ACV and waited for the really horrible GERD to arrive. It never did. In fact, it started getting better. Slowly the GERD almost disappeared completely. It has been three weeks and my GERD is almost gone. I know it sounds crazy, but last night I slept like a normal sane person laying down on a pillow. It was glorious. **A note, these ACV tablets have an annoying side effect for me: (I looked it up and apparently this is something that can and does happen to people) they are a diuretic. I pee constantly. This is only a problem at night when I need to get up 6 or 7 times. I had to decide which was more annoying, living with GERD or living with a lot of trips to the restroom.

So I'm a vegetarian or vegan gummies vitamin type of gal. But with everything so up in the air and longer delivery times (completely understandable, thank you Amazon employees for working during this time.) I decided to give these a try for a couple of reasons. They're cheaper and come in a larger quantity. They aren't as hard to swallow as most vitamins I've tried in my life time. They're a decent size. I don't take gummies because I'm a fan of gummy candy. I'm not. I don't like the texture, but I loathe swallowing pills more. I have to be on the verge of dying to take Tylenol. So I'm not the best judge on ease of swallowing. They're a little larger than I would like though. I can take these with a grimace and a lot of water. I still gag and ick a bit. It's manageable, but I dread vitamin time now. When you open the bottle, you're clubbed in the nostrils with vinegar. It's understandable. But if you hate vinegar, I don't know if you'll be able to get past the smell. It's a lot stronger than the gummies. I hopped on the vinegar train to help with bloating and stomach issues. I haven't noticed a change switching from gummies to these. I have gastroparesis and tend to just stay bloated. Apple cider vinegar has helped me with that. I believe it's helped aid digestion and heartburn as well. I'm not sure about weight loss benefits. I work out 5-7 days a week with yoga, hula hooping, or jogging. My weight has always been up and down. Some weeks I'm around 108... other weeks I'm hitting the scale at 112. I intermittent fast as well. That's with a nearly sugar free, vegetarian, and moderate carb diet/lifestyle. I've also been taking ACV in some form for nearly a year and haven't noticed a real weight decrease. Since I have gastroparesis, I can't really comment on appetite suppression. I always feel full quick and don't feel hunger the same way as other people. But honestly, I believe people who are losing weight with these are because they're changing their diets and maybe getting more exercise. That's not to say there aren't health benefits, I'm just trying to tamper expectations. All and all, these are a great value and I would recommend them if you can handle swallowing larger pills. But I will probably go back to my gummies vitamins when I finish this bottle. If I can hold out that long.
