A well designed, surprisingly good coffee maker!
This is one of the best coffee makers I have bought. I almost passed this up since don’t think of Keurig as a high end brand, but my last one was and this is better. It is well designed, easy to use and the pot pours well, never leaking. You have options for strong and cold brews and the time to brew a full pot is remarkably fast. I grind my own beans, this uses a basket filter, and the coffee comes out fresh and flavorful. If I don’t feel like a whole pot, I have the option of brewing a single cup which is super convenient. It’s not fancy but it does the job beautifully, is a pleasure to use and clean and is nice looking to boot. I am pleasantly surprised.

Good Coffee Maker
Let me preface this review by saying that I've owned three Keurig Duo(s) over the past 4 years (now including this one). All were different versions of the Duo. There really isn't anything that sets this one apart for me other than the digital clock, which I could take or leave. Keurigs perform well until they don't. I can say they last slightly longer than other brands with comparable makes and perform solidly until they decide not to turn on again (usually without warning or signs of obvious signs of struggling leading up to it); they just randomly do not turn on one day. So far, in my experience, they've been lasting 1-1.5 years. The pros are that it consistently makes a good cup of coffee. I enjoy having the single-use side for morning coffee and work-from-home days, and I appreciate the option to make a pot to fill my travel mug when I am on the go. The option to make a strong or weak cup is also a good option, but I never go with the latter, so it's only ever used when I have guests. While you can use it to make iced coffee, I am not a fan, so I haven't really tried that out. In terms of performance, it's relatively quick, and I really like the fact that it doesn't take 20 minutes to brew a pot like the old-school coffee makers. As far as clogging and K-cups go, it handles frequent use like a champ - It hardly, if ever, clogs, and I haven't experienced any half-brewed coffee flowing out of the sides, or exploding cups. It is because the Keurig is so popular that if you need a spare part, there are plenty of options available, which is helpful if you want something extra to brew loose tea or coffee. Even if you have to replace a needle/motor or get a new carafe, there are options everywhere. Asthetically speaking, it's sleek, compact, but has a decent sized resevior, and fits/sits perfectly on top of my K-Cup drawer. It's black, so it blends with pretty much everything; the silver trim provides a decent offset. All in all, I really like Keurig. Hopefully, this one lasts longer.

Great upgrade and super versatile
Absolutely love this coffee maker. I upgraded to it from a previous version and it’s been a great improvement. It brews both hot and iced coffee really well, and I like that it works for both K-Cups and a full pot. I use it every day and it’s very straightforward to operate. It’s also easy to clean and refill with water, which makes a big difference for daily use. Most cup sizes fit without any issues. Overall, a super convenient and reliable machine that looks nice and doesn't weigh too much. Would buy again.

MORE AND MORE, Continuous issues, only 30 days old, DO NOT BUY THIS MACHINE!!
I bought this on Jan 2 and have been using it for only 24 days. Today I continued to get a "add water" message (with a full tank) and "error 8" message followed by "dry". I cleaned the tank and re-filled several times and unplugged the machine to re-set it as online has indicated. I was finally able to get the machine to brew. Mind you this is a brand new machine and after 24 days has issues. I use filtered water so this should not be an issue. I have notified Keurig to see if there are solutions to fix these issues. I will keep this rating updated, but use caution when purchasing this machine. EDIT: So I have been able to get the coffee machine to work once again. After getting errors, I unplugged the machine for a period of time, flushed out the water tank, and plugged it back in with fresh water. I was able to get it to function normally for the past several days. I use the timer and it have brewed coffee without issue for a few days. The single use side is functioning normally. Don't know if unplugging it reset whatever chip is inside but it works for now. If it continues to function normally over the next few months I will change my star rating. For now, I am skeptical of long term use. 02/08/25 UPDATE: DO NOT BUY THIS MACHINE!!!!!!!! I experienced same issues as listed about. Tried to repeat the "fix" three times without success. Contacted Keurig, but I am not optimistic I will receive a full refund. Amazon also closed my ability for a return on 02/01/2025, so I now can ONLY DEAL WITH KEURIG. If I could give zero stars I would. 02/28/25 ANOTHER UPDATE: Was able to finally get Keurig to send me another machine on 02/16/25. On 02/28/25, I received the new machine. Unpacked and carefully followed the directions to the "T". Plugged in the machine as directed and it failed to turn on. Tried a different outlet, nothing. Tried another machine and it powered up without issues. Not an outlet problem. It was clearly a machine problem walked around the house trying the machine on various outlets, nothing. Called Keurig and they ran through troubleshooting, nothing. Machine DEAD ON ARRIVAL. They tried to tell me since this was a warranty replacement machine, it no longer was subject to warranty. EVEN THOUGH THIS MACHINE WAS DEAD ON ARRIVAL. I was able maintain my composure and convince Keurig to send me another machine, which will be here in 7-14 days. Stay tuned folks! BTW way, my first machine still has the above issues and continues to periodically stop working, then work, then not work... I would love to have my money back, but Keuring rather spend more money on shipping and returns than refund my purchase price. Come on Keurig, you can do better. EDIT: 04/20/25, ANOTHER UPDATE. Since my last update on 02/28/25, I received a third replacement machine from Keurig to replace the dead one. Got #3 all set up on 03/03/25 and ready to go and it worked until 03/28/25, exactly 25 days, then I got the dreaded "add water" and "error 8" message. Called Keuring and asked for a refund, but they still refuse since I bought it from Amazon. Asked to get another comparable machine, which they didn't have in stock (UGH). Ordered #4 replacement. On April 3, 2025, #4 replacement machine arrived. Got #4 all set up and on 04/20/25, it stopped working like the others. This one only lasted 17 days. EDIT: Keurig has started ignoring my calls. I was referred to a "specialist" who told me I needed to send my #4 machine in first BEFORE I could get sent a replacement. As I did not want to send them my machine without a replacement first, they started ignoring my emails and are now refusing to correspond with me at all. #4 machine continues to brew 2 cups then shut off reporting it is dry when there is a full water tank. I will never purchase another Keurig product and you should seriously consider doing the same. Four unusable machines in 8 months is ridiculous!

Best Keurig I’ve had!
This is by far my favorite Keurig, mainly because we are huge coffee drinkers and we love the compatibility to do a cup or pot of coffee. This Keurig works great! I’ve had it for many months and it works good as new! I would recommend using some type of filter water (brita water or something) so it keeps it working nicely, but that’s optional. It looks great on my coffee bar and has a nice and quick brew time! My only fear is that the filter pot can be a little too small for filling it all up, but I typically only do 6 cups.

For Heavy Coffee Drinkers, It Is Worth Every Penny!
As someone who works from home and brews coffee all day, I needed a machine that could handle heavy use. After a few days of using it, here is my breakdown to help you decide whether the K-Duo is worth the investment. The Pros: •MultiStream Technology: One of the best features is the 5-needle system (standard Keurigs usually only have one). It saturates the grounds more evenly. •Speed & Heat: I was amazed at how fast it brews. More importantly, it delivers a steaming-hot cup immediately. •Quiet Operation: If you're an early riser, you'll appreciate the carafe side. It is extremely quiet when brewing. •Zero Mess: Despite having a drip tray, I've had almost no "post-brew drip." It's a very clean machine. •Programmable Freedom: Before I go to bed at night, I set the carafe side to brew at 7:00 AM. As soon as I walk in the kitchen, I have a fresh pot of coffee waiting for me. The Cons: •Questionable Extras: I tried the "Strong Brew" and "Extra Hot" buttons several times, but honestly couldn't tell a difference. For a premium machine, I expected these to have a more noticeable impact. •No "Starter Kit": At this price point, not even including a small 3-pack of sample K-Cups felt like a letdown. Make sure you buy pods separately so you can use them right out of the box! If you only drink one cup a day, this is likely overkill. However, if you are a heavy coffee drinker or you work from home and want the flexibility of a single pod during the day, it is absolutely worth it.

A good, versatile coffeemaker
We've owned a lot of different Keurig's; some worked well for us and others weren't that great. But so far, this one is a winner. Granted, we've only had it for a couple days, but so far, we're really pleased. We had been looking for a coffee-maker that could do both K-cups and a carafe-full, and this one fit the bill. The carafe is large and sturdy, and the K-cup side has the 'multi-brew' system that allows more coffee flavor to come through. I like my coffee very strong, and was able to use the 6 oz. size with the 'Extra Strong' button for a really good cup of strong coffee. I also like that there's an 'Extra Hot' button as well, since I do like my coffee very hot. The other nice feature with this machine is the large water reservoir; I think it's 72 oz., which is one of the bigger ones available. It's easy to fill and to take on & off. It also couldn't be easier to use: For a K-cup, just plunk in the pod and push 'Brew'--that's it. It brewed quickly and without splashing all over like some of the others we've tried. My only negative feedback is that it didn't even come with even ONE little coffee filter for the basket over the carafe. And since I didn't have any, I had to buy some before I could even try it. Normally a drip machine will come with a few 'starter' filters. And secondly, although the water reservoir has a place for a water filter, you don't get one with the coffeemaker. I've gotten them with other coffeemakers, but this one just says it's 'ready' for a filter, but you have to of course buy the 'filter starter kit'. Since they were offering the machine at a much lower price though, I guess I should have expected that they'd skimp on the accessories. I can't speak for how well it will hold up long-term, but so far, I'm really happy with this coffeemaker.

AMAZING PRODUCT & CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM! (What more could you ask for?)
Let me tell you about how AMAZING not only their products are but, also how AMAZING they are as a company! I bought my duo March 28, 2025. This past Saturday we woke up to our coffee pot no longer working && giving us an error code. My spouse && I done all sorts of trouble shooting for HOURS working on this coffee maker. I finally gave up! I was shocked because I had owned Keurig before && they ALWAYS held up. I caved && called customer service. They was SHOCKED to hear that this coffee pot was only a few months old! They tried to help me troubleshoot it as well. Just a few steps && they couldn’t get it either. The customer service guy sent me a link to send my proof of purchase && I had to wait for them to look it all over. Within 24 hours I was approved for my warranty && of course the next day was Sunday. It’s now TUESDAY && my coffee pot is here! I’ve never seen a name brand company ship a product so fast! THANK YOU KEURIG && THANK YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEIR PRODUCTS! They stand behind them 100%! I got this coffee pot when my k-cup coffee maker I had bought a year ago went out. (That’s a different story.) I got this specific maker because my spouse loves a pot every morning before before he goes to work && I like to use the single side occasionally for my drinks! I have SPOILED him with this Keurig && I absolutely BABY this coffee pot! He tells me all the time every cup is just as good as the very first. (If you keep it very clean && well maintained yours will do the same!) When this went out you would have thought he lost his best friend! Needless to say he was ecstatic when I told him the new coffee pot come in today! I will always buy Keurig from here on out! You couldn’t ask for a better product. (My was obviously a flunk. That happens occasionally with ANY product.) You also couldn’t ask for a better customer service!

Excelente
