My family member has been getting treated by this product through their doctor’s office - so it was really nice to see Amazon have it added as an OTC version of the same strength (or very similar, since the bottles look the same). They received great results every single time it was applied - giving subtle soothing relief just from the effectiveness of the wound cleansing. We have yet to use this exact item since it was ordered from Amazon, but we expect the results to be similarly positive, and at a decent price - though it would be nice to have it a little less costly. A little goes a long way, and its bottle design provides helpful irrigation and cleansing with minimal amounts. TIP: Use gravity to your benefit by applying a small amount that will go down and coat the rest of wound, depending on the size, it should last a good amount of time since you do not need to apply much. Noticeably cleaner wound after use and much more comfortable feeling, rather than the pulsing rawness of deep or dirty wounds. Highly recommend to prevent infection and balance skin pH and effectively kill bacteria - especially burns, ulcers, or slow-healing open or deep wounds - especially ones that are over a couple inches in size. Prepares wound bed for skin regrowth, and encourages it by removing any debris, blood coagulation or wound slough, which allows skin to grow properly rather than scabbing over. Works especially well with non-stick dressings to cover wound, but can be used in combination with any type of dressings really, in my experience at least. Ships in a protective plastic pouch in case of any leaking. Provides a thorough irrigation and cleaning, and gets to work immediately upon applying. Excellent product.

My Lymphedema specialist introduced me to this product, i Found that when combined with certain dressings it aided in the wounds healing quicker, that's my opinion as I do have personal wound experience but I am also not a trained medical professional. As with anything medical consult your doctor about your treatment plan. I found it to be a good value depending on your needs it will last a while it also utilizes a twist top nozzle, I have not had a bottle leak

This stuff works great on sores, scrapes and skin injuries. First introduced to me in the hospital, I have used this ever since. Great product. Glad to have found it on Amazon.

Great alternative for alcohol. Has a very light scent and much more bearable.
