I bought a Havells air fryer from Amazon and it stopped working within one month. I raised a service request and a technician visited my home. He confirmed there was a fault, took an OTP from me and said he would bring a part and fix it, but he never came back. It has been around two months now, the product is still not working and he has stopped answering my calls. Now I have received an email saying my service request is completed and my product is OK, which is completely false because no repair has been done. This experience has broken my trust in Havells and their after‑sales service. I want to return this air fryer and I am requesting a full refund from Amazon. I will not recommend this product or this brand to anyone.

The first thing you see about this product is that it is big. The pan is huge enough to accomodate a full chicken easily. The next thing to note is that this is a manual control type, with one know setting the temperature while the other one for time. The timer is mechanical so, it cannot be dynamically reduced. The cooking is very good. The air circulates all across the tub and ensures that the food is cooked properly. While using for the first time, there can be a bit of burning smell of the coating being burnt off, but otherwise, if the instructions are followed correctly, this fryer functions perfectly. It looks quite classy on the kitchen counter but takes up considerable amount of space, so keep that in consideration. Overall, an amazing product from Havells!
