Archipelago Botanicals Scented Candle Hand-Poured Premium Wax, Burns Approx. 60 Hours, Mango, Tangerine, Soy Candle in Glass Jar, 4.5 Inch, 8.6 oz

This is the candle my husband and I got at the Ritz Carlton, for our honeymoon. Of course that was a private label so it doesn't look exactly the same, but this is it. Oh, how the smell takes us back! When you open the candle for the first time, it will smell like a cheap orange candy, like someone else said. I thought it was the wrong one as I didn't remember that part. But after about an hour it gets to it's base smell and then there it stays! It's like a tropical paradise and isn't overwhelming or cheap. I'm so sensitive to candles and usually react to soy but this one doesn't bother me. Maybe it's the pure wick? It's quality and it burns VERY slowly, which is indicative of a good candle. The only thing I'm a bit frustrated with is the smell doesn't really permeate the room. I'm not sure if there's not enough fragrance in the candle?

If you want to leave a candle burning for 2-4 hours...this might not be the candle for you because it is potent! The smell is AMAZING, but I only burn in my living room because it smells my entire 1500 square feet downstairs in about an hour! It also carries upstairs and faintly into the bedrooms. If you leave it burning too long or in a small bedroom it becomes over powering to me. I love a candle that I don't need to burn long to smell the results! All of their candles are strong smelling. I would say they are 2-3 times stronger than Yankee candles...easily. Due to the fact you do not have to burn long for results, the candles will last a very long time and worth the money. The mango scent is very distinct along with the tangerine. Smells very clean and crisp. I enjoy Havana for the bedrooms or living areas as well...just do not prefer my bedroom smelling like an orchard! You won't be disappointed in the quality and potency of their candles. I'm trying to control myself from buying more because the 3 I have will last a long time!

I love archipelago products. This candle appeared to arrive intact, but must have had a stress fracture. When I took the lid off the candle, a piece of glass went flying and the section at the top section of the jar cracked.

I love, love, love this candle! The scent is beyond beautiful. I thought that it would last me for a lot longer because I would not use it as much but I burn this candle as much as possible and will be buying another one before this one runs out. You do not have to use the candle as much as I do. You can just open the top and let the scent fill the room but I want the full experience so I burn it… I love it! Love, love, love.

I love this candle! So much so that I would confidently turn a non candle lover into a candle person with this single-handedly. Smells Devine. I actually fell in love with this candle years ago after walking into a boutique with a friend of mine. I couldn’t leave without asking the name of the scent. Got on Amazon and ordered it that same day. This will be in my house until they decide to stop making it. (Hopefully not)

Thus is a lovely smelling long lasting candle! Love it.

My living room smells great with this candle burning. Just wish they were not so pricey
