CREMO Cooling Post Shave Balm for Men - Skin-Cooling Aftershave - 118ml

As a wet shaver with slightly sensitive skin I have tried a number of different aftershave gels and balms. I then discovered this Cremo post shave balm. It is truly excellent, giving a great finish to your wet shave. Slightly tingling, it has a lovely fresh (but light) minty fragrance and gives a most welcome soothing, moisturising finish. Unlike many other products the moisturising effect lasts a good time. In fact I also use this balm as a general facial moisturiser between shaves.

I don't usually make positive reviews only negative, but this deserved it in my book.I usually dislike the cooling effect on shower gels or shampoos etc. I'm a bald guy so moisturizer is super important to me. And as far as a moisturizer it works great. I used a healthy dose all over the scalp after shaving and I found it absorbed into my scalp really fast, leaving it soft, moisturized and not wet but the tingle carried on well after absorbing.This was really lovely, the tingly cooling feeling was really light and enjoyable, I'd bet it's incredible in summer!Felt like a spa day, really enjoyed this product.

I like hot no cool feeling. Great moisturiser but make sure that you avoid eye contact. Has a minty smell that is fine.

Worth the price. Cooling face after shaving well with pleasant scent

I have sensitive skin and tend to get spots and ingrown hairs after shaving. This is the best aftershave balm I’ve ever used. Cooling. Smells minty and no more rashes, highly recommend

This is an OK after shave balm. The initial mint hit is pleasant but doesn't smell for long at all.

I've always used Lea 3 in 1, but that no longer appears available in the UK. This has similar results, but is much more expensive and also difficult to control the level dispensed. It does provide post-shave cooling, so I will buy it again if it's on offer.

I should first start by saying that I am a woman with PCOS and have to shave my face daily. Ordinary aftershave lotions haven't done too much to help with the dry skin I often get after a particularly close shave, and tend to exacerbate any razor burn. This stuff is absolutely amazing! I absolutely love the cooling mint feeling; and even though I don't have much of a sense of smell I can definitely tell that this is peppermint. The cooling sensation lasts a while and is definitely a help to my dry, uncomfortable skin. This stuff moisturizes like you would not believe and it does not leave a greasy film or feeling on the skin like some other lotions do. When I use it, I tend to wipe the excess on my hands and it is really helping with the dry skin I get in winter. The only two problems I have found were that they don't make a larger bottle of this, and that they don't make a version for body, because I would buy that in a heartbeat and it would be absolutely wonderful in the summer. A body wash wouldn't be a bad idea, either! It always comes in a discreet box, and usually ends up arriving ahead of schedule. I don't really have any complaints about the price, because this stuff is worth it! The scent is more of a strong minty smell and not what most would consider a "masculine" or "manly" aroma. One actual problem I do have is that the bottle, while sturdy and unlikely to crack if dropped, does require some hard squeezing to get the lotion out. A tube might be easier.
