Brilliant for making pizza. It melts and crisps really nicely and the pizza tastes great with it

The real deal
The real deal from Italy and melts to give that beautiful stringy texture on pizzas or in my case melted over some tortialla chips in the microwave. Nice stuff.

Meh not very flavorful
This had a weird, texture for mozzarella. There wasn't much flavor, after slicing we even had to lightly sprinkle with some sea salt to bring out some taste.
