This cream is incredible for hemorrhoids best one I’ve ever used

My wife couldn’t walk and lift light boxes at work due to haemorrhoids growing out. First she used garlic juice and apply it use on the affected area but didn’t not alleviate the problem it aggravated it, then she used some other homemade remedy, which I don’t recall what it was, and was a little help but not major.
