Excellent taste and good value for money
Lovely loose leaf tea. I've just returned to loose leaf after finding out about plastic in teabags. I drink decaffeinated tea and no-one locally sells decaff loose leaf tea. Very nice taste using the time honoured formula of one spoon per person and one for the pot. I leave to infuse for approx 7 minutes and that's great for me. I have a machine that seals bags so used that to reseal the remaining tea. Excellent value for money. I haven't had a problem with the teapot blocking or the leaves being hard to get rid of as some reviewers have found. Thoroughly recommend this product. Have just bought more as I love this tea so much.

Lots of fine residue, not good!
Really wish I had paid attention to other reviews that said this tea had too much fine residue in it. You literally end up with a load of silt at the bottom of the cup where the tea is too fine and it escapes the mesh, meaning you can't drink the bottom quarter! The taste is also not particularly nice either if I'm honest, I am used to decaff tea and have tried lots. This is meant to be a premium tea but does not make a good cup, it's on a parr with supermarket own brand that are a fraction of the cost. All in all very disappointed

Good tea. Quick delivery.
Quick delivery. Tea tastes good. Very small tea leaves and so I find it falls through my strainer a lot. I don't think the bag is recyclable which I'm not a fan of.

Good cuppa Gromit!
Most decaff teas I've tried have been pretty insipid. Some needed crutches just to get out of the pot. This is decaff tea that tastes like tea. I use a teapot with an internal strainer and two tablespoons of tea; leave it to brew for 3 minutes and I have a nice refreshing pot of tea. In times of stress - three/four tablespoons and give it a few minutes on the hob. (I have a hardened glass teapot.) "The elements so mixed that a spoon might stand up in it." I use leaded tea as well but this allows me to drink the quantity of tea like to drink in a day and then afterwards sleep through the night. Yes, it's small grain, but the filter in the pot sorts that no bother.

Delivers - but that's no surprise!
I've now tried several loose-leaf decaff teas, and all have been a bit rubbish except for this one. Excellent value, decent taste and strength. My "research" indicates that it's clearly very difficult to decaffeinate tea without messing up the flavour, but this is the closest I've found, and by far the best value. And I don't say that just because I grew up near Harrogate! Have now bought twice - will be my "go to" decaff tea in future. Now then, if Taylors can come up with a decent decaff loose-leaf "English breakfast", I'm in!

Excellent taste
This is an excellent product, really good taste and strong, so not too many spoonfuls required for a large pot! Company was very helpful when the first batch arrived with a cat and spillage of the tea, and had a replacement sent to me very quickly Would definitely recommend them

Tea is cut too fine
It's a quality product spoiled by the almost powdered grains the tea leaves have been cut too. The tea clumps in the superfine filter (required) and simply doesn't circulate meaning the outer portion of leaves is over brewed while the inner portion barely gets wet unless you stir it. And, after you've had the brew the filter is an absolute nightmare to get clean which you have to do quite quickly as any remnants left attached go mouldy in hours and taint the filter. But, if you stir the tea in the filter, clean the filter immediately after use and keep a close eye on any remnants that might have been missed in the cleaning process for the brew before, it's a nice cup of tea.
