Not real consumer friendly
For just on/off continuous current switching of low voltage relays in an Insteon network, this works fine. To use the momentary pulse, or timed relay functions, however, things can get quite complicated. You might end up feeling like you need to be an Insteon developer and serial communications expert. If you are qualified in these areas, no sweat.

Great Product, some compatibility issues
This product works well, and works as advertised. The external configuration software should work stand-alone, and not require the SmartEnit hub. The programming needed can be done using the physical button on the device, but the interface is cumbersome. The main compatibility issue is that the device only supports the old powerline protocol, and does not support the RF Insteon protocol.

Does not work with Smarthomes Insteon Hub?
Come on guys! Is this a Insteon product or not? This needs to work with the smarthome insteon Hub oryou need to remove insteon support from this product.. WHATS the DEAL?
