No water/coffee comes out, what should I do?

• Try adding less coffee grinds • Try grinding the coffee a bit coarser. • Don’t tamp too hard to reduce pressure • Check if your grinder produces too many fine particles that may clog the filter.

My espresso tastes weak or watery, what should I do?

• Grind finer — we recommend using the Cera+ grinder at espresso level 0–1. • Always use fresh coffee beans or capsules for the best flavor.
