Great Iron Supplement Very effective and gentle on the stomach.I’ve been using The Body Reserve Chelated Iron + Vitamin C tablets for a few weeks now and they seem good. I didn’t get any stomach upset or constipation, which usually happens with iron tablets. I feel a bit more energetic and less tired. Tablets are easy to swallow too.
