Excellent product works great. Glad I finally purchased one. The Bluetooth dongle works great and the WiFi works in my driveway. Will definitely make maintenance on my truck a lot easier. Excellent features and compatibility for vehicle manufacturers. Saves money not having to go to the dealership.

At first I was having difficulty getting the vci to connect but then I figured it out and it has been very helpful when needed to diagnose problems on your car. The quality is absolutely fantastic very well built. All the functions and features that all the known brands scanners can do like snap-on, this scanner can do as well for quarter of the price which is wonderful and worth the money. Its super easy to read and the best feature I honestly like about this scanner is that you search up how to fix an issue start from the tablet probably one of the most helpful features on the scanner

I returned the device back , maybe it is me who doesn't know how to use the device. Their customer service is above and beyond cool, they send me a battery tester ,used it and the response is unbelievable fast, easy to use and screen ,buttons everything is perfect . The quality ,cables are long enough so you don't stay bent over, not heavy and fits in ur hand and can navigate with one hand. Thank you

Works alright, for the price it’s good too don has good customer support. Doesn’t do much on the 10th gen Honda civics. Can not complete a steering angle calibration or key programming. So there’s that.. But that’s just my experience more scan tools won’t work on these Hondas so I guess that’s my problem

At first I wrote a bad review about the internet connection, after re-downloading the scanner it works great! I left it download while I went to sleep and it must have glithed while downloading, after the new download it works wonders, I have repaired 3 cars since I've downloaded it again and everything works Great! If you're having any problems with it please get ahold of customer support and let them know what's going on and they'll guide you on how to fix the problem. It's now my go to tool to diagnose, activate the sensor in question and if it's not performing properly, replaced the sensor. Since I reprogrammed it I've repaired a Jeep grand Cherokee Overland 5.7l Hemi, a 2010 Chevy Avalanche LTZ 5.3, and a Chevy Cruze, and it worked flawlessly. Thanks TOPDON for the help and I apologize for the not so good review. I highly recommend this product for your automotive repairs, and again, if you have any problems or issues, contact customer service and they'll help guide you through the reprogramming process and make sure it's working before you hang up.

Ill be sending this back at 350 bucks plus the main unit will not stay connected to Bluetooth ALDL Pluging / adapter for more then 2 minutes at best, I even left the hand unit in the foot well of the vhecial I was working on. I was trying to use the live data feed to chase down a intermittent issues and the logging / data graphing lags worse the dial up connection. I saw the USB A port and thought i would plug it Elm32 OBD2 link cable into the unit and then at least it would be usable, no the software doe not allow for that. This is hyped up E-waste and TopDon just know how to hype up marketing. If you want to do any real work dont buy this unit it just a over hyped scan code reader on a good day....I can not recomed this product even for a novice DIYer.

Very useful tool to navigate the CPU and check out what is happening in your car systemI was having issues with cruising control and found the issue with this tool but you don’t have the option to do all required repairs/ alignment of the sensor with this tool.Most of the options available in this tool are not available to my car even when I update the tool.Not bad but still expensive to buy and not supported to do what it claims.
