Ease of use for starters, didn’t even open the manual to read my trucks current engine code, favorite part was being able to not just see the code, but seeing what actually was not working. Instead of seeing an o2 sensor fault , I was able to know which one. Being able to carry it out of the truck while still reading the code and seeing what it was doing in real time was so different than my normal trouble shooting process. It’s fast , small , and accurate. I’ve owned previous TopDon products and glad to expand upon them as customer service and the product they bring to the table are worth it, hopefully topology or some extras would become purchasable in the future as it does have a store but currently nothing to buy to further its capabilities.

I had bought this scanner because a coworker had bought the Pro version but I didn't want one with a subscription. I had also seen this one recommended from influencers and decided to give it a shot after researching a lot of other scanners. I bought this for it's bidirectional capabilities. But the amount of information it's able to display is incredible. I've used it to scan AC modules, throttle bodies, regular OBD2 codes. It had showed me electrical issues coming from the ECU and PCM. It has really allowed me to pinpoint many issues that people have been having. I now carry this with me everywhere.

Excellent product works great. Glad I finally purchased one. The Bluetooth dongle works great and the WiFi works in my driveway. Will definitely make maintenance on my truck a lot easier. Excellent features and compatibility for vehicle manufacturers. Saves money not having to go to the dealership.

At first I wrote a bad review about the internet connection, after re-downloading the scanner it works great! I left it download while I went to sleep and it must have glithed while downloading, after the new download it works wonders, I have repaired 3 cars since I've downloaded it again and everything works Great! If you're having any problems with it please get ahold of customer support and let them know what's going on and they'll guide you on how to fix the problem. It's now my go to tool to diagnose, activate the sensor in question and if it's not performing properly, replaced the sensor. Since I reprogrammed it I've repaired a Jeep grand Cherokee Overland 5.7l Hemi, a 2010 Chevy Avalanche LTZ 5.3, and a Chevy Cruze, and it worked flawlessly. I highly recommend this product for your automotive repairs, and again, if you have any problems or issues, contact customer service and they'll help guide you through the reprogramming process and make sure it's working before you hang up.

Does NOT Work without Internet... Turned it on and the damn thing will not let me get anywhere until internet is connected.. NO WAY to bypass it... What a LOAD OF CRAP... So I connected it to a temporary internet router so it would not be spying on me regurarly (YES these things DO). Trying to use, it requires your Full Name, E-Mail, Address, Phone #, Social Security and your Colon Exam. What kind of fartin wizadry is this?! Literally CAN'T DO SHEET unless you give them everything.... Not even the simplest of diagnostics... Sending this Pees Of SHEET right back... FART YOU TOPDON...

At first I was having difficulty getting the vci to connect but then I figured it out and it has been very helpful when needed to diagnose problems on your car. The quality is absolutely fantastic very well built. All the functions and features that all the known brands scanners can do like snap-on, this scanner can do as well for quarter of the price which is wonderful and worth the money. Its super easy to read and the best feature I honestly like about this scanner is that you search up how to fix an issue start from the tablet probably one of the most helpful features on the scanner

Great Product but not enough memory.

I've used this on several vehicles. and is way better than most of the more expensive ones I've used. It's a little of a learning curve, due to it being a little different. But I have nothing bad to say about it. And the wireless is awesome when having to do stuff under the hood!

Not failed me once yet. Helped me solve many car issues. Every car I've tried it on, it has worked. You do need to have a little knowledge to be able to use it well. Never had battery issues; it always charges, and because I don't use it a lot, it's always ready to go. It comes with a carry case that holds everything, including the cable and charger. Wireless OBD is a must if, for example, you're testing something to do with sensors like wheel sensors and things. You can view live data too. I have a convertible, and it even reads the roof computer and separate rear window ones. It will also make a file to print a health report for the car you're testing; I've used this, and it works well. I'm glad I got it, and I think it is worth the money. It's reliable, and the OBD has never failed to connect. It's not that hard to use, and generally, auto search will find the car.
