Ice maker works great!

We bought one, returned it for an ungodly squealing noise. Bought a replacement hoping it was a one off manufacturing flaw. Nope, it started squealing too after a couple weeks. Love the ice it makes but the squealing i could do without, returning again.

I really like mine. It works really good keeps me having ice all the time.

One Star - Loud, Sticky Ice, and Misleading Advertising I purchased this countertop ice cube maker hoping for a convenient way to have ice on hand, but unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. The first thing I noticed was the noise level. This machine is significantly louder than I expected – it's quite disruptive and not something you'd want running while trying to have a conversation or relax nearby. Even more frustrating is the quality of the ice. Instead of individual cubes, the ice consistently freezes together into one large, solid mass. It's incredibly difficult to break apart, making it inconvenient to actually use the ice. This defeats the purpose of having a quick and easy ice solution. Furthermore, the advertising was misleading. The product description and images suggested that the machine would produce ice in different shapes, but mine only produces one standard shape. This was a feature I was looking forward to, so it's quite disappointing that it wasn't as advertised. Finally, the ice cubes are not clear. They come out cloudy, which isn't a major issue for functionality, but it does speak to the overall quality of the ice produced. Overall, I cannot recommend this ice cube maker. The excessive noise, the inconveniently large and stuck-together ice, and the misleading advertising make this a purchase I regret. I would advise potential buyers to look for alternative options.

I’ve had this machine for exactly 60 days, which is apparently the precise lifespan of its will to live. It started out as a promising little countertop companion, quietly producing ice like a loyal frozen beverage servant. Now? It sounds like a garbage disposal trying to eat a bag of marbles every time it attempts to make a fresh batch. The grinding noise is so aggressive and mechanical that I genuinely thought a tiny construction crew had become trapped inside the unit. Every cycle begins with optimism and ends with what can only be described as the death rattle of a haunted blender. And let’s discuss the ice itself, because consistency clearly wasn’t invited to this party. One batch comes out looking like elegant little crystal cubes fit for a luxury spa water station. The next resembles damp aquarium gravel. The texture and thickness are wildly inconsistent, as though the machine spins a wheel every morning to decide what form of water it should take today. Some cubes are thick enough to survive the next ice age. Others dissolve faster than my patience while listening to the machine scream through another grinding episode. For something whose entire purpose in life is to freeze water into reasonably uniform shapes, this machine has developed an impressive identity crisis in only two months.

Takes 40 minutes per basket of ice makes 1/2 quart of ice per basket. Quiet and efficient. No alert sounds for low water or full basket. I just use stove timer. Very good quality and engineering. Just skip catching first two batches of cubes and then size of cubes are good.

Awful! Did it make ice? Yes. But, it was so incredibly loud we could hear it through our entire house. When the ice is done it’s formed into one solid block, not individual cubes. You can break it apart if you take the block out put it in a bag and then hit the bag on the counter. If you don’t baby sit the machine and it makes a few blocks through you are up a creek because you basically have a brick of ice. It functions in the way of yes it makes ice. But it’s way to loud, doesn’t make individual cubes, and has added work because the machine needs to be baby sat if you want cubes. Boxed it up and returned it same day we got.

Worst purchase ever. Doesn’t make any ice cubes and useless thing. It’s a quite massive size but main issue is not working properly and pouring water instead of ice. Needs to throw it away unfortunately. We bought this one for the office to have ice cubes for coffee, but nobody liked the way machine works.

I am very in the fence with this ice cube maker. I love the external tank and that the sleeve of ice fits perfectly in my cup without having to break it up. BUT I don’t know if I have a faulty machine or not because the noise it makes while making ice is horrid. It is so loud you can hear it almost everywhere in the house, it even vibrates my cupboards. Anyone else have this or should be returning the machine?

Euhomy pain in ass to deal with. Missing adaptor for using bottled water. Stalling sending missing part. Definitely don't recommend buying from them. Doug Warne

Not even worth 1star. Stay away from this seller. Product was not what was advertised as it didn’t work and wouldn’t refund my money. They don’t stand behind their products!!!

This is one of the best buys of mine in a very long time. I have a mini fridge/freezer and there's not much room in the freezer. I love my cold drinks with lots of ice. With this machine I can make as much ice as I want. I even share it with my landlady',a sons. The ice is small but that's ok with me. Best Buy Ever.
