This is a product one should avoid at all costs. The jet of the steam is so weak that it is unable to smooth even the tiniest of wrinkles. It is supposed to deliver 25 g of steam per minute. The water in the 340 ml tank should last only for 14 minutes. In the steamer I received, the tank is still 3/4th full even after 45 minutes of usage. So either the wattage is wrong, or I received the wrong product. I used it after the return period was over, so I am stuck with this useless and dud product. I sincerely request that the manufacturers either replace it with the proper product or refund me the money.

Product is decent but the plug given is not friendly it requires heavy loaded sockets only

Excellent for light ironing. Not that it can't do heavy ironing but just a relative comment.

I bought is last year in July 14, used hardly 4-5 times not it has stopped working suddenly while steaming the cloths, there is no product support or service even when it is under warrenty.. so guys beware of buying any electronic item from Amazon, they do not cover any service or warrenty once it is over return period... My money is wasted... I was thinking of buying a 55inch TV from Amazon but now after this incident i'll rather purchase it from Croma or any other Indian electronic Store.

Although product is good but I got a used product. Seal of the box was broken, there was water droplets in the tank, finger marks were there. I got disappointed. But I was in urgent reqirement of this so I kept it. But shame on seller.
