Impossible to find water filters for this machine
Decent machine, but impossible to find replacement water filters. The seller doesn’t know anything either. I tried all the ones available, none of them fitting.

Poor quality. Makes tepid coffee
Machine looks great but lacks in its primary function; making coffee. After using the machine for a few months we realise it only ever made tepid coffee. We testing the temperature of the water at 77C. After sending it back to be repaired we have been told there is no fault. We can therefore only conclude this is the temperature water it is designed to deliver. If you like hot coffee I would advise staying away from this machine and spend a little more.

Smart machine with a few drawbacks
Had mine for 2 years now. As a newbie using a 'bean-to-cup machine', this is a great starting point, and in my opinion, it looks far better than most entry-level machines, which are heavy on the grey plastic. Controls are basic and therefore easy to use. I've had no issues getting hot water/shot as another reviewer mentioned. I do find the milk frother quite weak though, usually takes me 70-90 secs to get the milk up to temperature, but it is a dual boiler, so you can extract your shot whilst working on your milk. I've upgraded to a bottomless 58mm porta filter but the stock filter also worked well. I would suggest getting a dedicated grinder - the grinder on this is ok to start with, but you definitely get a better taste using a proper grinder.
