Very easy to install and with good image quality, even at night. The four cameras perfectly cover my entire house, and the storage drive allows me to review recordings without any problems. Ideal for peace of mind and control from my phone. Highly recommended!

Very misleading marketing, Zosi makes you believe you're buying a 3K 5MP system, which might be truth, but then Zosi provided the oldest 1080P cameras, so you're going to get the lowest picture quality. I went back to their website to try upgrade to 3K 5MP, but Zosi doesn't even sell the compatible cameras, so they whole thing is like scam, consisting on misleading the customers to believe they will see 3K 5MP, but in fact, they will get lower quality.

I purchased the cameras in January and now non f the cameras work. Every single camera channel is black. I tried factory resetting and was unsuccessful. It only has a month return policy so now I’m out of luck.

If you’re going to use Their app to view the the camera live and to do playback, don’t buy this dvr their app is so slow even if you have very fast internet speeds.

Picture quality isn’t great. Can’t get the notifications to come to my phone. Says human detection but nothing is there. Beeps at moths flying around.

2 cameras failed within 4 months, response from zosi.....NOTHING!

This system was recommended to us by our electrician son. He fitted it for us and very efficiently too I might add and it didn’t take him long at all. It works really well and is very neat and excellent quality. The picture quality it clear and sharp too. All in all we are extremely pleased with the system and would recommend it to anyone.

Good quality system for the price. I have it installed now for 2 years & no issues with system whatsoever. App works well most of the time for remote viewing, with very simple set-up. I contacted customer service recently for a simple query, (that turned out was user error on my part), and response was excellent & the advisor called "Jar" was extremely helpful & responsive. There are more expensive CCTV systems out there for sure, but this 4 camera system with DVR is definitely value for money, with decent equipment & images & everything required for easy DIY installation included, even tye cables. Adding additional cameras was also easy, and they were readily available online.

Never had CCTV system before so knew little about them . This was a doddle to set up as everything you need is included with the kit and instructions for easy set up . Connected mine to smart TV with HDMI cable and using online APP for live iPhone viewing too ! Picture quality is excellent and you are able to view individually or multi screen modes . Night time vision is really good too ! Playback is easy when you read the manual in detail and in no time you’ll be well able to navigate all recordings . 1TB hard drive is more than able to record 24/7 on all cameras constantly .Overall Well pleased .

Decided to replace and upgrade my old system after the motherboard went. With a lot of research and reading a lot of reviews prior to deciding on this system. I was keen on upgrading my old cameras from 800s to 1080p at the same time. This system ticked all the boxes and I was impressed with the standard of presentation and packaging the system came in. I installed the system in around 4 hours and it booted up straight away with very easy system navigation. I was blown away with the picture quality and very pleased with the system on the whole. HOWEVER!! I noticed a real issue later the same day as night fell and the system switched over onto I.R. the image became heavily fogged on 3 of the 4 cameras and the 4th was blurry. The centre of the pictures were bright white with an aurora of light fanning out from it. Long story cut very short, I spent 3 days trying to find the cause of the problem and during this the 4th camera went the same way as the others. To make matters worse the image during the day was so blurred it looked as though someone had rubbed grease across the lenses. I tried everything I could think of to try and work out what was causing the problem and even bought another camera from another manufactured to see if that made any difference. I even repositioned the cameras to avoid light pollution from other sources such as street lamps and even put mat black gaffa tape on the surfaces of all guttering and down pipes to eliminate I.R. reflection from my white plastic pipes. The I.R. is very powerful on these cameras and I suspected that may be the problem. Unfortunately it didn't resolve the issue. The new camera did however so I realised it had to be something to do with the dome style cameras that was causing the problem. Extremely frustrated I went back up the ladder in the dark with a torch and immediately noticed there was condensation inside the glass of the camera casing directly in front of the cameras lens on all 4 of the cameras. I opened one up and dried it out in the warmth of the house and noticed there was a desiccate bag stuffed in the back of the camera casing behind the circuit board. This turned out to be the same with all of the cameras which would suggest that this appears to have been an issue that the manufacturer has knowledge of and had tried to take action to resolve the issue. The problem is desiccate bags can become hydroscopic and at some point will reach a point where they can't absorb anymore moisture. What appears to have happened in my case is that the warm sunshine from the day has heated the metal camera case up which is a sealed unit and when the cooler evening temperature has hit the camera it has caused condensation to form inside with no way of venting. I've stripped them all down and thoroughly dried them out then resealed them with Vaseline on the outer threads to help seal the unit from the elements. I've also removed the desiccate bags as I can see these causing further problems if left in place. This seems to have resolved the issue and now it is working great. The picture quality is superb both day and night. Having said all the above I would still buy this brand again as it's a nice system. Just a shame it causes so much frustration during it's initial installation. Hopefully this may help others who have similar issues.
