Good product
The birds liked them very much. The appearance was nice and pleasing and easy to get into a suet holder. My challenge was that the raccoons liked the suet and thus, I could not keep doing the suet feeding. I felt that I would have had great success with this product otherwise.

West GA birds love it!
I almost didn’t buy these because some of the reviews said the birds didn’t like it. Glad I decided to anyway. I live in West Georgia. I put this out in mid February. My birds are crazy for it. Great price!!

Well-Packaged and As Described, But No Luck with the Birds
I'm giving this item 4 stars because it arrived exactly as described—nicely packaged and with no issues in quality. However, I have to admit, the birds in our area just haven’t shown any interest. We've had it out for almost a month, placed right by a tree that even has a nest in it, and still no visitors. It may just be that the local birds aren’t into this particular blend, so it could work better in a different region or with different species. The product itself seems great—we just didn’t have much luck with it.

Put one of these out and immediately I had woodpeckers showing up and enjoying it.

Wrens and Woodpeckers galore!
10/10! Both downy and red bellied woodpeckers love it, and when I have it out the wrens won’t bother trying anything else. No other birds have been remotely interested, but just the three species have me replacing it every other week. They LOVE it.

Starling magnet.
Attracts more bird species? Don’t know about that claim. Only new species that has devoured these suet cakes has been European starlings. Flock descends on them. Cakes don’t last more than a day when that happens. Only other birds that feed when it isn’t occupied by starlings are downy woodpeckers but they had been visiting before I started using these suet cakes. So for me so far a messy waste that I didn’t need.
