I bought the Women Waist Trainer Sauna Vest Slim Corset and I have used it already for 4 days and I LOVE it. It definitely makes me sweat way more than before and I love how it is so tight that way it pushes me to keep going. It does not hurt or is uncomfortable at all in a way that I can definitely do my workouts and run. The only thing I did not like was the smell of it when it arrived but I gently hand washed it with warm water and a little bit of soap and it went away. I recommended it to a couple of friends as well and they already purchased it. Definitely will keep buying their products!

First time writing a review. Purchased it to help me with my weight loss journey, purchased a size Large. For reference: Weight: 186 lbs., Height: 5'3, Waist: 39.5". It feels snug and stretchy enough, the material is comfortable and the cost was in my price range. The quality of the material feels strong and it's not to thick that it restraints you from movement. I have used it to go walking, Zumba class and strength training thus far. I decided not to purchase an X-Large because I want it to feel snug to allow me to continue with my weight loss journey. I hope this review is helpful to others. I usually read the reviews of others and never leave one; since reviews from others has been helpful to me it felt right to share my experience with this purchase.

I really like this product it’s comfortable while working out and it doesn’t ride up. The straps stay in place all around very good product. I wouldn’t call it a waist trainer because it is not tight around the waist it’s snug but not enough to train the waist. I bought it to make my core sweaty and it does by the time I’m done working out my under shirt is soaked. I really like it

It is very comfortable to wear. Though sizing is weird for me because I dont really have much back fat so the large is super loose on my upper back and shoulders and slides around a bit where on my tummy its nice and snug. It really doesnt make me sweat much extra at all. I've worn it for my dance routines, running, and even my HIT training and I even wore it in the hot sauna, nothing really changed I just sweat as normal as I do. I think the other good thing I can mention is posture it definitely helps me posture. It's good but sort of let down from how much hype the reviews had on it.

I am loving this suana vest. I originally ordered an XL but it was extremely too big. This Large is perfect. My size is an 11-12 and this fits just right. When working out it begins to work immediately. I can feel the sweat just dripping. I only do a 30 minute walk not really intense just high on the incline which helps work my stomach and my gluts at the same time paired with 3 pound ankle and 5 lb hand weights this makes for thse ultimate work out package for me. I have also puchase another garment that I wear during the day this one is strictly for sweating my stomach and back rolls out. I would definitely purchase more products from them.. Update. Been using this for a few weeks now and it still does its job. Really flexible, light weight easy to clean and works that sweat right out of you...movement is required though. I tried just wearing this on myvlazy day and I didnt get out of it what I wanted so its best for me when working out. I love that my back fat is actually sweating as well. Those creases are going away little bye little. I wear this 3-4 times a week while doing a 10 min HIIT or 30 min cardio work out and my body feels and looks amazing to me. Highly recommended!

Without a doubt, this is one of the best purchases I have made at Amazon. As of date, I have purchased 3 already. I started with a size Large, then within a few months my waist and stomach kept slimming and I ordered a Medium and later a Small. My last purchase for this item was in April of 20 and now I'm even slimmer and I need an X-Small. People have asked me if I had plastic surgery or liposuction and of course, I haven't. This wonderful waist trainer absolutely works wonders. It is extremely inexpensive considering how great this waist trainer is. I never thought it was going to be so useful and sturdy when I purchased it. It is certainly a wonderful waist trainer, but in addition, it helped me with my back pains and posture, something I never expected. I use it all the time when I go for walks and have washed same very frequently and it keeps its shape and condition perfectly. The zipper is extremely sturdy. I absolutely love it. I have purchased others, but this one has been the best. I highly recommend this waist trainer, especially if you suffer from back pains or problems with your posture. Also, it is amazing as a waist trainer, I got many compliments while using it. It definitely helped me lose inches from my waist and stomach.

I’ve never used a waist trainer before. I have posture issues and have gained quite a bit of belly fat - which is new to me, never had that problem before - in the last few years, so I was looking for a waist trainer that was a good price, comfortable, and would help me sweat a little bit with some minimal walking. This works well. I ordered a large (I don’t weigh myself so I’m sorry if it’s useless information, but I’d say that I’m probably like a size 12-14, predominantly due to my hips but more recently upped in size due to my belly fat). I tend to generally wear loose clothing (I usually go for xl-xxl with shirts for that reason), but I figured I wanted this waist trainer to fit more snugly than I’m used to, so I got the large. I actually could have gone with a medium, and I may end up ordering a medium to compare, but I’m still really happy with it! It’s snug enough to make me sweat a bit and not too tight to make me feel like I’m a 17th century duchess. Would definitely recommend! I think it’s a great waist trainer for first-time waist trainer users.

This vest is amazing. As I began my weight loss journey I wanted something that would be an easy put-on and comfortable. This did the job. You simply put it on how you would a jacket or sweater and zip that thing on up! It’s stretchy so it doesn’t feel so compressed around or on the stomach area and it allows you to break a sweat without breaking skin. You can wear it under or on top of a shirt, whichever feels comfortable for you but I chose to wear it on bear skin to get the best results. It didn’t cut, pinch, or snag my skin in any way. Would highly recommend for individuals beginning their weight loss journey and need that extra push to break a sweat
