Great performance with 5G coverage

Super fast internet and very easy to configure in my Xiaomi mibile

I initially got a huawei 5g router, but was disappointed with maximum speed of less than 100Mbps on 5G and client on LAN and 40Mbps with WiFi Client. I ordered this one and I easily get 400+ Mbps on WiFi Client. Very happy with the performance. Although, it looks like this was a return item, since it was configured to a different SSID than the factory setting. I had to reset it to get it to work.

Works nicely

Recommended for stable connection. Bought it for using with virgin home internet. Working great.

stopped working after exactly one year when it was out of scope of warranty. They device did not have any over the air firmware or software updates to try to fix the problem. the customer support was absolutely useless. several calls and email later there was no response finally forcing me to buy another device. definately not buying d-link anymore.

Not getting any internet service despite receiving full 4G. Very expensive and not working. I was very excited and thought that I will be improving my home internet speed when I invest in this router. Tried to make it work and although the light is showing that it is receiving more than 75% signal strength of 4g, it does not connect to the internet at all. Not recommended!

I was using a Samsung phone as a wireless router prior to this. The wireless speed tested on my PC using the samsung was 35mbps. If I did usb tethering I would get about 190 mbps. But then I'd have to charge my phone if I turned off the PC (even after configuring the USBs to have power when turned off). Another problem was that the connection often faded in and out. So using this router has given me a wired speed of 450mbps with router at upstairs window, and 240mbps at downstairs window. Wireless speed 220mbps. All measurements using 'three' sim card. I also bought two Nixsto 5m ethernet cables from Amazon. Good value. My only negative comment would be; that I would expect that this router should come with a better internal antenna, thereby somewhat negating the need to move the router around the house to find a better spot.

I have a 1gbit cable connection and this router gets 880 mbps on Wi-Fi On 5g it is also 800 and a bit depending on your provider offcourse. I’m happy with it 👌

Vivo en zona rural, muy próxima a ciudad donde tengo muy buena cobertura móvil. Ya hace un tiempo que llevaba utilizando routeres 4G (concretamente un D-Link DWR-921), el cual, la velocidad de bajada que obtenía era la siguiente: - Sin la red saturada, hasta unos 30MB de bajada / 10 MB de subida. Esto de forma muy ocasional. - De normal, entre 8 a 15 MB de bajada / 7 MB de subida. - Con la red saturada, entre 1 a 6 MB de bajada / 4 MB de subida. Probé además con un router 4G+ por ver si obtenía algo más de velocidad (además de ser más económicos que los routeres 5G), pero obtenía prácticamente lo mismo que con un router 4G. Compré este router 5G (asumiendo su "gran" coste) y, estoy encantada con él. Persé el precio que, "estoy comprando un router, no un smartphone", merece totalmente la pena. Lo he configurado con una tarjeta SIM de Digi con datos ilimitados y, la velocidad que obtengo de bajada es absolutamente abismal. - Conectado por cable, directamente al router, obtienes unos 300 MB de bajada // 50 MB de subida. - Conectado por wifi, esto depende mucho de la frecuencia que soporte tu tarjeta wifi en tu PC, portátil o móvil/tablet. He llegado a tener entre 60 MB (banda 2.4 GHz) y 200 MB (banda 5 Ghz) de bajada // 50 MB de subida. Para la conexión Wifi empleo un AP Ubiquiti UAP-AC-LR, lo que me da para cubrir toda la casa (la casa es de 2 plantas, y lo tengo conectado en la primera planta). Sobre su configuración, es bastante intuitiva. A tener en cuenta que para Digi, hay que activar el roaming de datos. También, mucha atención cuando insertas la SIM la primera vez, ya que, en ese momento, comienza a hacer sus intentos de conexión (sin éxito), y te la llega a bloquear. Hay un menú en su configuración web que te permite desbloquearlo y colocar el PIN que le corresponde. Sobre su tiempo de vida, lo adquirí el 13 de Febrero de 2025, asi que de momento poco puedo opinar; pero hasta el momento, no me ha dado ningún tipo de problema; ni desconexiones ocasionadas por pérdida de señal móvil o por algún otro factor extraño. Actualización 06/08/2025: Todo en orden. Mantengo misma velocidad y detalles que he comentado antes. Actualización 26/12/2025: Seguimos igual :)
