Delicious Hydration) Alternative to Pop
I have been a loyal LMNT consumer for about 4 years now. When they came out with the sparkling water cans, I didn't really care all too much because I don't love carbonation anymore since removing pop/soda from my life. So happy I tried it because they are so good, especially the Black Cherry Lime. For any Midwesterners, it reminds me of Faygo Rock and Rye. I have POTS, and ever since I started drinking lmnt every single day, my symptoms have been greatly reduced. Highly suggest these for anyone needing extra hydration. Also, breastfeeding moms, this is great for your energy and milk supply. It is extremely salty, their tagline is "Salty AF", but you get used to it! I never needed to add water to these but as I said, I drink lmnt every day. This is also a good alternative if your kids want pop/soda, but you don't want them consuming all of that sugar. For young kids I would add some water to not be as salty. My 3 year old doesn't like these cans due to the carbonation, but he loves lmnt packets.

LMNT Black Cherry
Great taste and different than most recovery-style drinks. Also great after a day of being outside and just need a cold pick-me-up. Just be prepared because it is salty.

Great electrolite product, love this flavor
My husband loves this product! I do enjoy the sparkling canned product, it is better than just adding the packets to still water. It is kind of pricey to order the canned version and I have had some issues with shipping. I had half a box get pin sized holes in them and they had slow leaks. It was a mess, but I can't get them at the store so we will take our chances ordering them.

Best electrolytes
I’ve been telling everyone about these drinks. I bring a can with me to all my workouts in hot studios. In temperatures of 90 -100+, I know when my body needs electrolytes & LMNT is a life saver. I usually don’t care for salty items, but the black cherry flavor is delicious!
