Beautiful headset that brings me right back to the good old days.
I played for the last 8 hours today on this headset and I am blown away. This is the BEST headset I have ever used.I used the old A40’s for over 10 years. They were a beast of a headset and put me ahead of the competition for years. The only problem was that it was wired. The cord would frey over time and eventually screwed up the mixamp after too many rage induced drops.I decided to get the audio sync only as I have little to no desire to pull up the video at the same time as the audio every time. I tend to play the devices one at a time with no need to switch my HDMI along with it. If needed I can switch it by hand. The headset charged very quickly and was easy to understand out of the box. Watching a YouTube video on the set up might help if you have any questions. The a50s are extremely comfortable and somehow light while retaining their solid feel. The mic quality is unbelievable, you could stream with how good it is. Seriously! Even though they don’t have noise canceling, I cannot head an outside sound while they are on my head.Bluetooth is great and the controls on the side of the headset are a little strange but it only took me a few hours to get used to them. (Such as to mute the microphone you just push it up).The sound quality is amazing for both music and games especially, you can hear footsteps from so far away. I love the Bluetooth feature as well, it’s just such a great headset. If you have the money I’d pull the trigger. If you really need to switch your monitor at the touch of a button get the PLAYSYNC + Audio version. But for me the audio version is perfect. The only problem I have is the Astro command center app for PC but that’s a different matter entirely.

Astro A50 Gen 5. Not A50 X
My husband has been using these and absolutely loves them. The sound quality is really good, and they’re an upgrade from his old Astro A50. They’re comfortable enough to wear for hours without bothering his head. The wireless connection is solid overall, though he did mention his old headset had a better range — he could walk to the fridge without disconnecting. The mic quality is clear and his friends can hear him well. Setup was easy, and switching between his Xbox and PC is convenient. He has the PLAYSYNC Audio version (not the PLAYSYNC Video & Audio), and it still works great for his setup. Overall, they’re a great headset and definitely worth it if you game a lot and use two or more systems.

Comfortable, versatile, and great wireless performance
I absolutely love the Logitech A50 Astros. The headset is very comfortable, even during long gaming sessions, and the adjustable fit ensures it works well for different head sizes. The wireless capability is a game-changer, transitioning between PC and other gaming consoles is seamless, and I never experience lag or dropouts. Plus I can easily grab a cup of water in between sessions or while the lobby is loading without fear of ripping cords out of my setup. The ability to be wireless and still have the quality audio cannot be overstated. The included charging stand is incredibly convenient, keeping the headset ready to go at all times and reducing clutter on my desk. Sound quality is excellent, with clear highs and satisfying bass, making both games and chat crystal clear. Getting this on Prime Day added even more value, but I’d happily pay full price for the combination of comfort, versatility, and wireless convenience.💡 Tip: Keep the headset on the charging stand when not in use to ensure it’s always ready and avoid unexpected battery drain. (It doesn't overcharge and charging will shut off automatically when the headset is charged)Verdict: Comfortable, reliable, and versatile!! This is an excellent headset for serious gaming across multiple platforms.

Comfortable + Decent Quality
4.5 star, the audio quality isn't insane for this price point, but these were exactly was I was looking for, astro a10s but wireless. They feel and fit exactly like my astro a10s which I have been buying them since 2017, I went through 5 pairs since then and I finally realized I needed something wireless. I bought arctis nova 5s and they were the lowest quality headphones I ever wore, $130 for junk.

Initial Impressions Are Looking Good
I recently changed my review for the Logitech G935 down to 2 stars after running into many of the same issues as the other reviewers who left negative reviews. I was disappointed they were right, as Logitech has always provided a quality and lasting product. I also said that I was going to be getting this headset. I purposefully did not read any reviews until I had it in my hands. Here are my initial impressions out of the box:- Durability: The headband cushion feels incredibly flimsy. I've seen quite a few other people talk about this, and I fully believe and expect this will be a source of contention shortly. It is only connected by two seemingly flimsy tabs. One person said they zip-tied it in place right out of the box. I can't say I blame them, but I won't resort to that. If this breaks, I'll be sending it back.- Setup: The setup is straightforward. However, regardless of which platform you use, you will need a minimum of two cords to fully set up (a power cord for the base and a USB plugin for the platform). Once the headset is on, connected, and set to the right input/output, my PC and Logitech GHub app detected it immediately. I should point out that all of the required cords were included. On top of this, they also included outlet adapters for every type of outlet I know of (European, Middle Eastern, etc; there are a total of 5 outlet adapters). I point this out because other reviews say they didn't get the correct plug adapter (I may have a new generation of the headset).- Weight: I saw some reviews commenting on the headset's weight. In my hand, they don't feel heavier than my G935s, although admittedly, those are already on the heavy side. I don't suspect that this will be an issue for me, but if you have used primarily lighter headsets in the past, it may be an adjustment for you.- Dolby Atmos activation/upgrade: Based on the literature and starting stages of setup, my initial understanding was that this was a paid upgrade accessed via monthly subscription (which is outrageous on its own, but I digress). Thankfully, this is not the case. A license to use and access Dolby Atmos for Headphones is included with your purchase of this headset, and the only thing you have to do is download the Dolby app. If your headset is on, Dolby will automatically detect it and apply the settings. I can tell that it did SOMETHING, but I haven't noticed any life-altering changes to the sound quality yet. Furthermore, there is a built-in EQ in the Logitech GHub app (I know many people don't like this app, but I have had good luck with it so far).- Comfort: The earmuffs are comfortable but on the smaller side. My ears don't seem to fit into them as well as they did in my G935s. The ear placements are fully adjustable, so you can raise/lower them as needed. I saw other reviewers say they couldn't do this. I may have a new generation of the headset.- Sound quality: As stated previously, I had a pair of Logitech G935s. They produced impressive sound, and I was thoroughly content with them. Since this isn't a MAJOR upgrade (in my opinion), I wasn't overly blown away by a distinct increase in sound quality. If I'm being 100% honest, I was initially slightly let down before adjusting the EQ to a more familiar tone. Now that it sounds more like I'm used to, it sounds about the same as my G935s. I'm by no means an audiophile; I use headsets for Discord, video games, and sometimes music. I care more about bass and clarity than anything else. Do with this information what you will. All in all, I remain hopeful. It only gets four stars because the headband cushion issue is...well, going to be an issue. I don't like that I could pinpoint a potential source of contention as soon I put it on my head. But to be fair to Logitech, it works as expected right now. I will update this review in the future, especially if I have any issues with this product.

Great Headset, Mostly
If I could give 4.5 stars, I would, but 5 is fine. This headset sounds great. The volume is loud, the battery is good, mic is fantastic, the charging dock is a huge plus. I would only take of half a star because for some reason, this headset makes my ears hurt. I've bought aftermarket pads that have bigger ear holes, but something is just putting pressure somewhere. Don't let that scare you, I still wear them multiple hours, but there's definitely some ear soreness from it; it was definitely worse with the stock pads, so some bigger aftermarket pads are recommended; which is better, but doesn't solve the problem completely. I do wear glasses, so could be pressure / clamp force related.

Amazing quality
Very comfortable. Connects instantly to my PS5 after turning them on. Sound quality is great. I appreciate that the stand doubles as a charging station so that every time I pick up the headset it’s at full charge.

OverPriced, Overrated, Poor Build Quality AND EVEN WORSE SOFTWARE G-HUB IS TRASH
The build quality on these headphones remind me of a tic tac box, or throw away 3d glasses that get handed to you at the movies.... truly disposable quality. The sound quality is decent, but not the greatest. It lacks depth and texture. These headphones provide a very flat, warm sounds, that would satisfy most listeners, but ITS NOT "the best sounding headphones" that people claim they are. Right now, after I would say the Turtle Beach Stealth Gen 3 700 (NOT THE PRO 2, EVEN IF THEY HAVE THE SAME DRIVERS!) takes the crown for best sounding headset, but their build quality is even worse than logitech and the connectivity is bad.The logitech a50 connectivity seems reliable, EXCEPT its centered on the base station, meaning even if you try to use bluetooth audio, its a hop first to the base station THEN a second hop to your phone or other device. Meaning you cant use this without the base station! Not that you would want to wear these outside, they look ridiculous. But really the biggest deal breaker of all, is the software. The logitech brand is truly dead inside. Its a zombie corporation who are hell bent on getting all of your personal data. They want to install g-hub to use your headphones. G hub is basically spyware sitting on your pc phoning back to logitech with any amount of information they would like to collect about you. That aside, unfortunaetly (or fortunately) g hub is such trash software that I couldn't get it installed on Windows. I did everything you could possibly do, including clean uninstalling all logitech software, reinstalling it with no firewall. And attempting to restart the services in a particular order, NOTHING WORKED. It fails to boot the application....What a nightmare. I really only care about being able to eq these headphones, so I used an open source app to do that and test the range of the sound here, and there is little in the way of adjustability to the sound signature. By that I mean if you wanted a "clearer" sound, less warm, and punchier bass (less prevalent in mid frequencies) you won't really be able to get these cans to produce sounds in that way.I am not a gamer, i just want the best sound quality possible, in a wiress headset. Right now after trying many pairs, turtle beach gen 3 700 achieves that, but at the cost of bad connectivity and poor build quality (min has already broke) But the drivers on there are the clearest you can get AND YET produce thumping, sharp bass. You aren't going to get sound like that from any of these gaming headsets, not even the maxwells, that have no bass whatsoever. These headphones are overrated UNLESS you need the specific multi point connectivity to use these between all your gaming consoles. Which i hear seems to be the main selling point. I wouldn't know i dont have any gaming consoles to test that out with....Oh and if thats how you use these be aware that the battery life is trash. Like 10 hours max. So if you use these on your work computer for meetings, then switch to consoles for gaming. You arent going to be able to do that most days without docking these and charging them.... IDK if you these can be plugged in and charges while being used, I would hope so, otherwise 10 hrs is not enough. Most headphones offer 30-80 hrs these days

Veio tudo no lugar direitinho.

God Tier Headset
The Astro A50 is incredible! The sound quality is crystal clear with deep, powerful bass and super-immersive surround sound. The wireless connection is flawless, the battery lasts forever, and the base station makes charging effortless. Comfort is top-notch—I can wear it for hours without even noticing. The mic is super clear, and the flip-to-mute is genius. Easily the best gaming headset I’ve ever owned—worth every penny!
