A very condescending read and not all accurate!
The first problem I had with this book is that the author appears to talk down at you as you study for your exam. Not ideal! Secondly,even though there are seemingly good questions to practice with, the answers do not reference the PMBOK guide which is what the exam is based on. So in essence you are taking a gamble ... on each question was clearly answered wrong. Question 10 on page 589. The author says it is the project manager and stakeholders who assign roles and responsibilities but according to the PMI exam content outline, it’s the project manager. “Inform stakeholders of the approved project charter to ensure common understanding of the key deliverables, milestones, and their roles and responsibilities.” I read the book once and decided to focus on material that reference the PMBOK guide or the guide itself.

Gran libro para preparar el PMP
Fantástico libro para preparar el PMP, y aprender sobre gestión de proyectos más allá de la certificación. Está bien explicado, es relativamente ameno (en fin, es el PMP, no Juego de Tronos) y contiene muchos ejemplos, diagramas y ejercicios prácticos para asentar los conocimientos.

USのamazon.comでは海賊版が多く出回っており販売はRitaのサイトからで、日本もセラーでなくamazon.co.jpからの購入が良いと思います。 PMPの試験内容はPMBOK 7th Editionの改訂前に2020年7月からこれまでの5 domainsから3 domains、半分がこれまでのPredictive、残りがAgile/Hybridと出題範囲と内容が大幅に変更になります。 それまでに受験して合格した方が対策本や模試もこなれており合格するチャンスが大きくなると思います。 このRita本、Ricardo VargasのYouTube video, OSP InternationalのPrepCastで、一発合格可能です。 全部英語ですので、英語の受験です。

Libro irrinunciabile per la preparazione all’esame PMP. Comprato nella versione inglese. Non so se ne esistano altre. In ogni caso molto chiaro e scorrevole.
