Their customer service is also amazing. Start off with the Limited Lifetime Warranty on this 4.4 pound solid brass and stainless steel behemoth. That means this is a once in a lifetime install. Very few shower valves made by anyone else have the weight and solid engineering that went into this body and cartridge. Speaking of, the one piece ceramic disc cartridge contains both a memory function and an anti-scald feature for kids or to defeat fluctuations in hot water pressure. It will outlast all competitors with an 80,000 cycle life (times the valve is open and closed), approximately 30,000 more than Delta’s top line valve series. The valve exceeds all industry standards and is made of the finest grade brass and stainless steel. A complete and thorough installation manual is enclosed, and whatever specs you can’t find there can be found on their Amazon product page or website. Video tutorials are also available.
