Nice Robo Vacuum
The Eureka E20 is a genuinely great robot vacuum. With powerful suction, it effortlessly picks up hair, fine dust, and larger debris on both hard floors and carpets. The dual side brushes and strong airflow leave no corner untouched, and the transition from hardwood to rugs is smooth and confident. Its navigation is fast and precise, creating accurate maps on the first run and supporting multi-floor layouts with ease. The bagless self-emptying station is a game-changer—quiet, clean, and capable of holding weeks of dirt without any messy bags. The app is intuitive, letting you set no-go zones, schedule room-specific cleaning, and adjust suction levels on the fly. It runs quietly yet powerfully, rarely gets stuck, and the battery life easily handles large homes in one go. For anyone who wants a reliable, low-maintenance robot that simply gets the vacuuming job done extremely well every single time, the Eureka E20 is an outstanding choice. It’s one of those rare cleaners that feels “set it and forget it” in the best possible way.

AMAZING!
I’ve been using this robot vacuum and mop for a while now, and it has completely changed my cleaning routine. The 2-in-1 vacuuming and mopping function works really well, saving me time and effort. What I love most is the automatic cleaning feature — after finishing its job, the robot goes back to the base to wash and clean the mop on its own. This makes maintenance super easy and keeps the mop fresh every time. The suction power is strong enough to pick up dust, hair, and crumbs, while the mopping function leaves the floor looking spotless. It’s also smart at navigating around furniture and doesn’t get stuck easily. Overall, it’s a reliable and convenient cleaning assistant that truly makes daily life easier.

Does not handle long hair well
I bought this vacuum 2 months ago because it had a bag less dirt collection station. While that is a nice feature, the rest of the robot leaves something to be desired. The good: Bagless collection station. Just pop it off and empty it. Why aren’t other robot vacuums doing this? I’ve had bagless vacuums for years. It seems like it should be a more normal thing by now for robots. It does a good job finding the edges of furniture and walls. I wanted one with LIDAR so I don’t have to define the areas. If I want it to avoid areas, it’s simple to designate no-go areas in the app. The bad: This robot does NOT handle long hair well. I have 2 people in the household with very long hair that seems to get everywhere. The dust brushes get wrapped up so much with hair that they pop right off. The “non-tangling” roller doesn’t get hair on the roller, except on the edges that get wrapped up horribly. It is easy to remove the hair, but I can’t just start it while I’m at work since the brushes could just pop off. This robot also doesn’t handle area rugs well. One of the smaller ones near an outer door would get dragged around by the robot. It also doesn’t clean as well as I had expected. After it’s done, I still find dirt on the floor. It does have 3 different suction settings, but the strongest is also the loudest. The charging base / dust collection container doesn’t always empty the robot’s dust bin either. This is the first robot I’ve tried so I don’t know if these issues are “normal” or if maybe I don’t use it as much as I should, but in my opinion, the cons outweigh the pros. UPDATE: 4 months later I don’t use it much over the past 4 months. Why? Well, other than the aforementioned long hair issue, it also doesn’t empty itself AT ALL. Plus it does a horrible job of actually cleaning. I used it this weekend and again, the dust bin did not empty AND it couldn’t even find its home to charge. After a couple of day, I got a notification from the app saying it’s battery was low. Trying to get it reseated so it would charge took forever because IT WASN’T CHARGED. Too late for a refund, but do not buy this.

Perfect for dog owners!
If you have a dog, it’s a game changer! It’s great on picking up pet hair from my big chocolate lab. It’s easy to direct. It self empties. It’s bagless. It mops. It has good suction. What’s not to like? My house has an open floor plan, so I usually just run it to clean zones. (Using the app, I set up the rectangular cleaning area, the “zone”, rather than “the living room”, “kitchen” , or whole house, etc.). That way I make sure it doesn’t fill up with too much dog hair before going back to its base to self empty. SEE UPDATE BELOW. The first time I tried cleaning the whole house and the bin filled with dog hair. It doesn’t know to self empty when the bin is full (I wish it did), but since I can easily run it in zones, that’s not a problem. Also, I’m sure that the first time I ran it there was a lot more dog hair on the floor than now. The mop function works well enough to get dog drool spots off my laminate flooring. You still have to wipe up muddy paw prints. I love that it’s bagless. I usually empty the container after a few cleanings. It’s so easy. You just push a button while holding it over a trash can and it’s done. It’s amazing, and a bit disgusting, to see how much stuff it’s vacuumed up. The app is easy to use, and I’m not at all techy. The vac is great at avoiding dog toys and other things that might get in its way. I’m amazed how it maneuvers around furniture legs. It’s kind of fun to watch as it scurries back to its base when it’s done. (I’m easily amused sometimes). Bottom line, I think you’ll like it especially if you need to pick up dog hair. I like it so much, I bought one for my daughter who has three big dogs. It also does a good on my bedrooms which have carpeting. You can adjust the suction and so it pulls nicely. Again, when you empty the container, you’ll see how well it cleans. UPDATE: My daughter showed me how to use “Smart Dust Collection”. Apparently, the vacuum DOES know when to self empty! Go to Settings to activate.

Awesome robot vacuum
First off the vacuum is awesome my house hasn’t been this clean ever. I run it in vacuum only own everyday and mop about or twice a week. Pros: vacuum suction, dog hair collection, app, mapping, value for money, quiet, cleans where I can’t. Cons: -Robot internal dust bin will fill up and robot will keep on cleaning. It doesn’t automatically return to base when it’s full. I work around this issue by cleaning room by room on the app. This make it return to the base in between rooms and empty is internal bin. But the whole house clean will try and clean the entire house without emptying the bin, which doesn’t work with the amount of dog hair in my home. - mop is weak, it basically a wet rag that drags on the floor. Owner manual says to put nothing but water in the tank, it would help if you could put some kinds of floor cleaner in there. Don’t by this for the mopping feature go with one of the more expensive ones it that is really important to you. Overall awesome with 2 small flaws, great value and would buy again.

Very excellent robot vacuum cleaner and mop combination
This Eureka vacuum robot is awesome! It is easy to set up, easy to use and can be controlled by an app! The robot and mop combination cleaning machine is truly outstanding! The machine works independently - the machine can clean the trash storage space located inside the machine by itself and mop the floor manually quickly and efficiently without having to check all the time. The trash can be disposed of after cleaning the house. Their vacuum cleaner works very well and can remove dust and small debris from the floor, maybe some rice and dust, and the suction of the vacuum cleaner is strong enough to suck the small debris into the storage container. They pick up hair and debris, just like hair, and it doesn't even get tangled in the machine. The rubber brush prevents hair from getting tangled, while other different versions often get tangled hair or strings due to the use of plastic brushes. Easy to replace and flexible cleaning area - their cleaning pads are also very easy to replace. This robot performs well on tile floors because they can both mop and vacuum, so you can clean two in one! The battery life is very long. It cleans the entire floor in one go, and the machines can even navigate themselves back to their location (i.e. the storage station/charger) so they can recharge and clean up the collected debris. It's really, really smart - the machines have no problem navigating the floor, they've never even bumped into a wall or table! They have a sensor system that keeps them out of the way, and you can access the machine from your phone, and the smart app control is really useful! Overall, I'm loving this product so far, and I'm really impressed with their capabilities and performance! I really like this product.

Choose it, will save you a lot of time!
The Robotic and Mop Combo cleaning machine is truly exceptional! My reasons: 1. The machine works independently- This machine can self clean their trash storage space located in the machine and manually mop the floors quickly and efficiently, with literally no need to check on it all the time. I don’t even have to lift a finger to clean the machine. They even have their own station to dispose of the trash once they’re done cleaning the house. 2. Very neat, no tangles—Their vacuum cleaner works very well, cleaning up dust and small debris from the ground, maybe some rice and dust bunnies, the vacuum is strong enough to to suck the small debris into their storage containers. The hair and debris they roll up, much as hair, don’t even tangle up in the machine. The rubber brush allows the hair to not tangle, while the other varying versions have tangles from hair or string really often because of their plastic brush. 3. Easy change and flexible cleaning areas—There their cleaning pads are also very easy to change. This product works very well on both wooden and carpeted floors, since they can both mop and vacuum, doing a two-in-one cleaning job! 4. Battery life—The battery life lasted really long. It cleaned the whole floor in one go, and the machine even navigates itself back to their station (aka their deposit station/charger) so they can charge themselves back up and clean out the debris collected. 5. Very, very, intelligent—This machinery can navigate the floors with no problem, and they haven’t even bumped into a wall or desk a single time! Their sensory system allows itself to move itself away from objects standing in their way, and you can access the machine from your phone, the Smart App control really helps! Overall, I’ve loved this product so far, and their abilities and capabilities outstanding me! I truly love this product.

Definitely not as advertised-read before buying
I received the E20 plus as a Christmas present a week ago. I've owned a Neato D3 for 7 years now and was really looking forward to an upgrade to a newer robot vacuum. Unfortunately, the E20 plus has proved to be a major step down. So far I've run the vacuum three times in order to create a map of my one-bedroom apartment and have made some very disappointing observations: 1. As the dust chamber fills with dirt, the vacuum begins dropping it onto the floor and leaving it it behind. Today after it cleaned my kitchen and dining room I noticed they were dirtier than before I started it; the machine's dust chamber was already full just from previously vacuuming the living room rug and dirt and dust was falling out of the bottom all over the floor as it vacuumed! The E20's brush has very little suction power. My previous Neato had an actual wire brush...for some reason Eureka has decided to manufacture the E20's out of rubber, which just doesn't grasp dirt and hair the way a standard brush does. 2. The edges of my large living room rug have tassels. The E20 continues to not only get caught in them, but occasionally even rips them out! They then get caught in the brush, which requires me to untangle them before the vacuum will continue cleaning. Again, my older vacuum never had this issue...it rode right over carpet edges with no problems. The E20 also continues to go back to the same spot under my bed where it gets trapped. It seems like it's learned to navigate around a couple of objects it initially got stuck on when I first used it, yet it still continues to make a beeline for the narrow space under my bed where it can't find its way out, which is very difficult to reach. 3. The base station dust collection feature is useless if there's a lot of dirt in the dustbin. After using he dust collection feature 3 times, I took the E20 apart today and there was a huge amount of impacted dirt in the opening of the bin that apparently the suction from the base did nothing to loosen and retrieve. 4. The app is extremely confusing and not designed intuitively. There is only a two-page, very basic description of the app included in the vacuum's manual, and I'm still finding features in the app that not only weren't explained, but that I'm having a hard time understanding without more explanation. 5. Lastly, the vacuum takes forever to finish cleaning. The old Neato did a good job of cleaning my apartment in about 45 minutes. Today the fully-charged E20 took 66 minutes to clean just two and a half rooms (often repeatedly going over the same areas!) and then announced it had to return to the base for charging! The manufacturer states one charge lasts 180 minutes... what happened? It's now been re-charging for almost three hours and still hasn't resumed the rest of the cleaning job. My understanding from watching a couple of YouTube reviews is that it takes several sessions for the E20 plus to fully learn its cleaning space. I'm going to use it two or three more times and if it hasn't improved I'm sending it back to Amazon for a refund. So far I'm extremely disappointed with its poor performance and also quite shocked that my very old robot vacuum never had any of the problems I've encountered with the E20 (and at half the price point of the E20). I'm also surprised re: the number of glowing reviews here and seriously wondering if some of them are actually legitimate.

Happy with the purchase
I really like this robot vac and is an improvement to my previous Shark robot vac which is being used in the basement now. It is quiet and the navigation is better in every respect. For a mid range robot vac, it avoids most obstacles and any bumping is gentle. Though, cables and other small items will get dragged around, you just need to clear them out. The mop part is good but is basically a wipe, as it just drags the pad around. For my usage this is ok as it helps with picking up fine dust that may be bound to the living room floor and not easily suctioned. I tested it by pouring milk on the hardwood floor and it did wipe it up just fine, though this isn't my main use case for the device. I washed the pad immediately afterwards, so the milk wasn't spread around. The bagless nature of this robot vac was an important consideration in purchasing it and it works really well. Not having to worry about replacing bags is a huge plus. The app is very good and full featured, having options like no go zones and room divisions. Overall, I'm well pleased with this purchase.

Should've Just Lit My Cash on Fire
Do not waste your money on this vacuum! It will work great for the first couple of months to own it, and then begin to consistently develop more and more problems as time goes on. Now, it can't even start cleaning session without getting lost and stuck in Relocalizing mode. When I can eventually tell it to use the map that already exists, it will get partway through a run before stopping and giving up. The dustbin works great, but the navigation is horrible.
