I have an 04 F150 with a chip in the key, assuming i can get a hardware store to cut this key, will it work with the security system in my 04 f150?

Will it work on a 2013 ford escape titanium with remote start?

If it originally had it, but these are junk. Go to a locksmith

Can you program the remote part if the lock switch on the door handle does not work?

You would have to see how your vehicle is programmed. Yes this comes with instructions but those instructions actually go to your vehicle not this product. You can find these instructions for free at your manufacturer’s website. My 2006 f150 needs to have at least one working lock/unlock button if I remember correctly
